35 minutes waiting time at return

The transfer to the airport was fast and great really, with a kind driver, positive, but when we returned from the holiday, I called Sky Park Bristol on their landline after passing Passport Control, told them that we have landed and would like to be picked up from the airport. The representative told me that everything's fine, they'll come soon. After about fifteen minutes waiting I called again, he told me that the driver is on their way, and he doesn't know exactly when, but they'll come soon. After the 24° at Cape Verde we were waiting in the cold 7° outside at the pick-up area for more than half an hour, shivering, finally when the transfer van arrived we got an explanation that they sorry, there was a delayed flight from Malaga before our flight, and there was only one person doing the transfers, the Meet and Greet service too, and the delay of the previous flight had a knock on effect. Many excuses, which I can understand on one hand, and I'm sorry about their problems, but on the other hand I can't accept that they don't prepare for delays and don't have sufficient staff to handle the workload. It was a huge disappointment, I will never use them again, and if you want a reliable and quick service, best to avoid. Tavern Airport Transfer and another company turned twice with the same drivers while we had been waiting, even though we were the first ones on our flight to get to the car park, we were last to leave. I regret not looking more carefully which company I chose at the time of the booking.

Strongly advise not to use

Strongly advise finding alternative means of travel. I abandon my holiday to tend to a very ill member of my family, I was parked for 2 hours before getting the call and had to leave immediately. I payed for 5 days of parking but used 2 hours worth. I offered to pay for the time I had used and to get a refund for the rest in which they declined. They do not care in the slightest and will take your money no matter the emergency

Great service

An efficient, courteous and great value for money service. Used this company for a 10 day stay between 20 Feb-1 March. Very easy to meet in the drop off and pick up zone. Timely collection on my return , just a couple of minutes to wait. Also used the mini valet service so a beautifully clean car too. After reading all the negative reviews I did get worried but no complaints and will use again.

Drained my battery on my EV

Drained my battery on my EV! The driver took a note of my short range car not to move it if possible but I've seen it on my App that they've moved it 5 times. With 2 kids, wasn't ideal to stop for charging before we get home. Emailed them to top it up with about 20% if possible, not even got a reply! Will not use them again

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE, I booked an airport lounge using a Groupon voucher, I received a receipt but no booking details, I contacted the several times via email and telephone with absolutely no response. FHR take the payment on their behalf so I contacted them and they are going to cancel the booking and refund. My advice is book direct on the lounge web site and save yourself the grief. Sky parking services just want you money with 0 service

Cheap but not punctual

Cheap but not punctual
Weird parking spot next to a pub or whatever. Was waiting 30min for drop off with 2 children at night! On return called when landed and second time after picked up luggage as requested waited over 1h! Officed ringed me to say the driver couldn't find us while we were waiting on the sun in right place! Driver insisted he called over and over, however, no missed calls!

Great coast effective parking for Bristol Airport

We were flying to Spain from Bristol Airport and had problems finding affordable parking. Stumbled across Bristol sky park and they came back with a price of just under £90 for the 2 weeks, undercutting everyone else by half, so daft not to give it a go.

The drop off point for your car is ready to find, the sat nav takes you within a few meters, and to be honest, the radiant car park is a no brainer to find.

We dropped out car at 4am on Sunday, within minutes the shuttle driver arrived, took my keys and confirmed my details, gave me all the info I need for my return pick up, and promptly took us straight to the airport, close enough or took only 2 minutes from the shuttle bus to the main entrance.

On the way back, followed the very simple instructions, call when we land to let them know we're here, then call again when we have our luggage and making our way to the pick up point. Simple. Pick up was fast and we waited about 2 minutes (may be up to 30 minutes depending on where they are on their route, we were just lucky with times). Pick up is prompt as the bus is only slowed around 5 minutes (that's down to the airport and out of their control) but not a problem. Drive straight to the restaurant car park where we were given back our keys and job done! Our car had 2.5 miles extra on the clock as they do relocate the car to a local facility, then bring them back for your pick up, but this is all clear in the booking.

I was completely impressed how quick, easy and affordable this was, and the staff were great, friendly and cheerful.

If I'm going to Bristol to fly again I will definitely be using these guys again!

Just make sure your allow around 30 minutes from dropping your car for the pick up and transfer to the airport. It is usually quicker but if their mid route, 30 minutes should be more than enough.

I did have my doubts about the condition my car would be in when I got back, but honestly, it was the same as I left it, no extra marks, scratches etc, nothing, only the 2.5 miles on the clock, so again very happy with the care they have my car.

100% happy, I'm sure you will be too.

"Terrible experience with skypark Booked their meet and greet parking service for Manchester Airport, but it was a complete disaster. No contact number was provided, so when we arrived at the airport, we had no way of reaching them. No information was given about where to park or what to expect. To add insult to injury, my email requesting assistance went unanswered.

Ended up paying for parking again at the airport, which was a huge inconvenience and added unnecessary cost. Would not recommend this service to anyone. Lack of communication and organization is a recipe for disaster. Avoid at all costs!
Refused to give any refund but couldn't provide any evidence of a comfamation email. Please please avoid these scamers pay the £20 extra & book with Manchester airport. if it wasn't for Manchester Airport we would have lost are holiday as your supposed to book 4hrs before arrival but the helpful man on the intercom talked us through the booking on line then let us in. It's also a concern that they are using a similar name as the real Manchester parking so please make sure who your booking with.

Scam through Groupon

Paid for voucher through Groupon. Went to link - not available. Can't get hold of Groupon for refund. I see from the trustpilot website Groupon are aware so why still promote them? Total scam amd now about about to be fleeced again by exorbitant parking rates on airport website.

Had a groupon voucher for the lounge

Had a groupon voucher for the lounge. Trying to book but website has server error when going to book it. Messaged several times and also tried to ring them and no response at all. Even groupon is investigating it.
Swapped voucher to a different company and booked the lounge.

Sky Park

Wasn’t happy with the state of the car park when we dropped off. On the way to the way to the airport the driver was using his mobile phone while driving. When we returned we found an extra 50+ miles on the clock. Driver was miserable when he returned us to the car. Don’t think we will be using again.

Useless/poor customer service

I was sent the email over after purchasing for access to the NO.1 Lounge in Birmingham for myself and the family.

On arrival to the lounge the link they sent over a QR code to download, but this would NOT open after trying a 1001 times.
It caused a great deal of inconvenience, stress, was waste of time and money!!!

Have sent numerous emails to SPP customer service regarding no access, there was no response I spent £102.60 and I didn't receive a service that I paid for or a refund!!
Definitely taking this further.

Awful customer service!

Had a Wowcher coupon to book a lounge at Gatwick airport. I had a couple of questions, and emailed them three times, which were all ignored. I then decided to go ahead and book the lounged anyway, to find that they didn’t offer any at the north terminal on the day I was flying, only one lounge at the south terminal was showing. Awful customer services and wouldn’t recommend

Simply awful

Simply awful. Started off really well with a call that explained everything ... although I did wonder why its website was charging £180 for the stay plus an electric charge but when I spoke to them they quoted £80 plus an additional £40 for the charge! Perhaps this should have been a warning. The documentation I recieved stated to call them 15 minutes from the terminal. I was slightly early so phoned with a good 40 mins before my sat nav told me I was due to arrive.

I arrived and no sign. I waited, I called, I waited some more ... you get the picture. Several calls later and the guy turned up .. almost 30 mins later than we arranged. He blamed the traffic. Please note this as its a recuring theme!

On my arrival back I walked into a complete mess. I waited until i had collected my cases and then called (as instructed ... yep, I didn't learn from my earlier experience. You can guess the rest. No sign of them, several calls, waiting and further calls. All due to the unexpected traffic (again!).

It must have been almost an hr late when they finally turned up. I agree that the traffic at the short stay car park at Terminal 4 was very busy but if they are running a business (which they pointed out to me they were) then it doesnt take much understanding/common sense to look at the plan schedules and understand when the pinch points will be (I'm no expert but I would suggest they would be at a regular time each day) and take the appropriate actions.

Oh, and then I found out the £40 fee for the car charge was exclusive of VAT ... it would have been nice to have been told this when I agreed to the price.

The problem is that once you pay and arrive your stuck ... if they are late its tough .... be warned, dont use!

Don't Use.

Impossible to contact and reading through other reviews seems to be common occurance.Now going through Groupon to see if I can get a refund!!
