I’ve made my first order on airsoftarms.eu few days ago. I bought a Walther FT Riflescope 8-32x56 and I’m pretty satisfied with the quality of this goods.
The price was the best on the market and even if the delivery took time the customer service always responded to my messages.
Therefore this why I rank airsoftarms.eu 5 stars.

I ordered two items, one of them was faulty. I contacted the office and explain the issue and they agreed to refund.
This says a lot about them, they respect their customers, that's why i will recommend them to all my friends and buy from them again.

Terrible customer service. Told them i wanted to cancel my order and they refused to answer. I’d get a better response from the goverment. It’s like you’re talking to a wall. Are there even humans operating the customer service? Are they all robots? Plus, you have to send in a picture of your ID to supposedly ”avoid delays”. Now some Austrian company have my ID and i can’t cancel anything.
I’d say shop here if you 1) don’t mind the delay and 2) don’t plan on talking with the customer service.
I will never buy from this shop again.
