Absolutely atrocious service! I've experienced numerous delivery companies in my time, but this one takes the cake for being the absolute worst. Not only did my package never arrive, but their so-called "tracking system" is nothing short of a joke.
They claimed to have attempted a delivery but couldn't access the site. This simply isn't true. I've got four surveillance cameras outside my home and one right by the door, and I was working close to the entrance all day. There was no sign of anyone approaching.

Its a really bad company, please avoid, because of their bad management and personal i haven't received my order and now i will need to pay £100 extra to the builder. why the f you don't respect the delivery date??!! i paid a lot for delivery but you don't give a s about it, no? you just take the money and f off customer, no?

I ordered two items, one of them was faulty. I contacted the office and explain the issue and they agreed to refund.
This says a lot about them, they respect their customers, that's why i will recommend them to all my friends and buy from them again.
