ponad rok temu zamówiony zestaw książek…
ponad rok temu zamówiony zestaw książek ATPL(A), Pomimo zapewnień o dostępności wszystkich książek i potwierdzeniu ich najnowszej wersji, książki przyszły po 6 miesiącach. Polowa była śmigłowcowa polowa samolotowa i to nie w najnowszej wersji. Obiecano wymianę. Ponad rok czekam na wymianę książek. Książki zostały odesłane natychmiast. Od roku pan Mateusz Blicharz ciągle oszukuje ze już wysłał, ze za chwile będą wysłane.
Regionalny sprzedawca Mateusz Blicharz to oszust!!!. Okłamuje że już wysłał książki lub, ze wyśle za chwile. Nie odbiera telefonów. Nie odpisuje na maile. Sprawa trwa już ponad rok a ten człowiek Mateusz Blicharz zachowuje się jak małe dziecko. AirTeam nie odpowiada na maile. Nie odbierają telefonów. Firma jest nieodpowiedzialna.

I am sorry for any complications caused. Unfortunately I see details of our shipment in 2/2022 and then emails in 8/2022 from you. Nothing between, while usually there is timeframe 2 days after delivery to report any discrepancies.
As a special courtesy to you as our customer, we have managed to exchange for you free of charge Flight Planning, Mass&Ballance, Airframes & Systems and Performance for ATPL(A).

Delayed but professionally handled
Parts availability was pushed back several weeks from the initial projected date but communications were professional and very friendly. I will order again.

Did not receive the goods
Did not receive the goods. The selected logistic provider DPD/Bartolini says they did not find the address...which is a big company with 24h reception service, so kind of difficult not to find. No phone call received for update or assistance to find the address. Calling DPD local service center spent 30 minutes twice on the phone with nobody answering. Went in person at the provider site, they did not find the package. For a 400€+ value package i expected a far more efficient service.
Adding - Despite my regrets i still did not receive the goods. Called the logistic provider DPD and no idea where the package is... directionally in transfer between two sites. Very poor service overall.
2nd adding - still not received goods, nor any advise from you or logistic supplier. My feedback of issues in delivering was given days ago but I assume it was ignored.
