If you want a solicitor who doesn’t communicate, takes weeks to respond, and shows little care for their clients, then Ashley James may be for you. My experience has been nothing short of shocking.
The lack of information, the lack of urgency, and the lack of basic humanity throughout the process has been appalling. The paralegal and receptionist were consistently rude, and at no point did I feel supported or even acknowledged.
This was our first house move in 30 years, and the stress caused by this firm has been unbelievable. If this is considered the normal standard, then I will never go through this process again. Moving house isn’t stressful Ashley James Irem and Rebecca make is incredibly stressful. Absolutely unacceptable service.

I have recently purchased my first home and was represented by Ashley James Solicitors. I cannot fault them at all, they kept in contact and gave me any updates that I needed. The whole process went as smoothly as I had wished for and I was in my home within 3 months. Amdad was absolutely great and responded to every question that I asked. I would definitely recommend this solicitors. Thank you

Amanda was always supportive through my divorce, gave me good advice, was always ready to listen (not always about legal matters) and saw me through the process. Divorce is never an easy and is always emotional, but Amanda helped to cut through to the important things and reach logical, reasoned decisions.

From start to finish I had nothing but problems with these solicitors. Extremely rude when on the phone did not explain anything properly to me. Had to chase almost everything up myself as no one ever seemed to get back to me. I would never ever use these solicitors again and would not recommend them at all.

I was kept up to date with my case I was able you come into office and talk about anything which was not clear. The staff were very helpful I would recommend this team to any one and use them again in the future

After going through an extremely sensitive & complex time I contacted Ashley James & had the pleasure to work with Amanda Holland & Nomza who worked tirelessly to help me in & out of court & get the result I desired. They worked with me to keep costs down due to being a single parent & handled my case with extreme sensitivity, reassuring me constantly throughout my time spent with them. They changed four solicitors for me, and none of them were able to answer any questions at all. I was out of the country and couldn't reach them at all. I cannot believe I put my trust in these clowns. They couldn't answer the 5 questions in 3 months. In China, they knocked down four bridges and built four bridges in 3 months. I had to cancel my flight because of these people. Inresponsible, useless, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I have to say one good thing about them, Adrian, the manager, actually helped me to complete this on time.

The director and others are just useless. You pay for the clown, you get the circus. Absolutely sh*tshow!
