As per your below email, I would like to inform you that neither you nor Akbar Travel has spoken to me recently or during the last few weeks regarding this matter.
You have mentioned that you have not charged me any additional amount. However, as I already informed you, my original booking ( Have attached copy with this email with fraud ticket charges by Akbar travel ) was made for flight AI 2207, departing from Delhi Airport at 7:20 AM with charges of INR 103,216/= This flight was changed by you on 6th May 2026 at 8:30 PM AI 4209 traveling date was 7th May 2026 without my prior approval, consent, or confirmation.
Therefore, I have the right to ask you for the complete fare break-up and details of the replacement flight AI 4209 dated 7th May 2026 , which was scheduled to depart at 11:25 AM. Kindly share the complete fare calculation, including the difference in fare.
I hope you will resolve this matter properly and transparently without any unfair charges or dishonesty. I also request that no amount should be taken from me which is not justified or Haram to charge.

AVOID AKBAR TRAVELS – Complete Scam & Zero Service!
It has been over two month and half since I requested cancellation for my ticket with Cancellation Guarantee. Status still shows “CANCEL REQUESTED” and I have received ZERO refund, ZERO updates, and only one automated email.
Calling customer care is useless you wait almost 1 hour on hold and then they cut the line. No one is responsible.
This was for my Tokyo to Dubai flight (Ethiopian Airlines) under sensitive UAE travel conditions. They took my money but refuse to process the guaranteed refund.

This is unacceptable and fraudulent behavior. I am pursuing this matter legally and will never book with Akbar Travels again.
Stay far away from this company.

Been emailing for the past 3 months regarding the refund of a canceled ticket
Calling the toll free number is hopeless as they just end the call when you get to queue position 1.
Visiting their physical branch is depressing as they behave as if they are paying us for the service. Nobody even approaches you or looks at you when you go in LOL

No discount and if mistakenly bought ticket, then they ll never return if u need any customer support.

once u buy a tciket from an agent then airline itself cant make qny changes on the iternary, it has to go through the agent and this agent never returns back and u have 2 options left, either travel or loose the money by not travelling .

Very bad expriance and very unprofessional. After taking money no update on the process next step and informed us that they have not even applied for Visa. Had to make change on plan.

Very disappointing experience with Akbar Travels.

I booked a flight ticket for my mother through akbartravels.com. Later, when I tried to add extra baggage directly through the airline, I was informed that the ticket was issued as a group ticket, so it could not be modified or managed directly with the airline.

This was never clearly informed to me before issuing the ticket. If a ticket has such restrictions, the customer should be told in advance, not after payment and ticket issuance.

The customer support experience was also very poor. I had to wait nearly 1 hour just to connect with customer care. After finally getting connected, it took another 20 to 30 minutes only to request extra baggage assistance.

For a simple service like adding baggage, this process was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. Customers deserve clear information before booking and faster support after booking.

I would not recommend Akbar Travels unless they improve their transparency and customer service.

I booked my flight through Akber Travels and had the worst experience. My flight was cancelled, yet I received no call, no email, and no SMS from their side. As a customer, I was left completely in the dark and had to find out about the cancellation on my own. For a travel agency, basic communication is the bare minimum and they failed at that.

When I tried reaching out to Akber Travels for help, there was no reply from their team. No one picked up calls and my emails were ignored. The whole process felt extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Travel plans are stressful enough without having to chase your agent for basic updates.

The overall attitude was rude and unpassionate. There was no sense of responsibility or care for the customer’s situation. Booking with them caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and money. I strongly do not recommend Akber Travels to anyone looking for reliable travel service.

Very bad experience with Akbar Travels online booking service. My ticket is missing my middle name and i want to do amendment, and before my flight I tried many times to contact their “24/7 customer support,” but nobody answered. Their support only responds after 9 AM, and because of this I missed my flight.

The next day they simply said “sorry, you need to buy a new ticket.” Very unprofessional service and misleading 24/7 support advertisement. I will file a complaint with the UAE Consumer Protection Department regarding this false advertisement.

They are a big syndicate scammer 2 tickets where bought from them jan 2026 and feb 2026 , but they never response emails and calls ,due of airline cancellations even they got the money back from the airline company , I hope the management will see this comments .. never book to akhbar travels online boy cot all the agency under their name .. and lets gathered together to file a case on this akbar travels

Never ever book from akbar travels, my booking got cancelled on 25th March 2026 and nobody informed me that my booking got cancelled, not even a single email. Somehow i got to know that my flight is cancelled before going to that airport.

Now i am struggling to get my refund back, its been more than 40 days without any update. Airline has confirmed, that they have already refunded to akabar travels one month back. Still these guys not providing the refund or any update.

You can’t reach on their customer care and nobody responds on your email. Its just like a never ending loop.

So beware guys before booking with these un professional people.

Their service is absolutely pathetic. Once the booking is done, they completely ignore customers like they don’t even exist. The official website is useless, and emails go unanswered — it’s like they deliberately avoid responding.

This feels nothing less than cheating customers. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. Hands down one of the worst booking agents I’ve ever dealt with.

No support, no response, just pure frustration and wasted time. Dealing with them is a complete headache.

Irresponsible team. Even flight cancelled no update no information about refund . Given costumer service no is no response. Feels like scammers.
