Great company great service to their clientele definitely recommend this company

Just had an upgraded to my alarm system installed with cell rather than land line and app access. Installer was great, system is great, and follow-up was great. Couldn't be happier!

I purchased a system approximately 6 months ago and from the first call the staff Alexander and Connie were hands down the best. Every question, concern and need was addressed thoroughly and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start and up to today. The company has been top notch and I am extremely pleased.

I just installed my new alarm system and they were very helpful at Alarm New England. They are competitive with the larger companies but their customer service has been much better than the big company that I was with previously.

In the Boston office, who took us through the initial application and explained in detail the system components as well as the time frame for installation to Nick, the technician who installed the system in our home (he was thorough and patient, as he fielded our questions and concerns) to Connie, who helped us with the mobile app....she was so polite and personable! These employees were truly dedicated to giving the best possible customer service! Thank you!

Alarm New England has been great! After a minor hiccup after installation they have made up for it and then some. Obviously committed to their customers! Special shout out to Connie who has been great!

Alarm New England has been great. The installer was very knowledgeable and outgoing. Connie was fantastic also when it came down to downloading the app for my phone.

I am an Alarm New England customer for over two decades, residing in a remote area of the commonwealth, and am comfortable in providing the highest survey rating. Notwithstanding our location, in the few times of needed service over many years, the company was consistently responsive and thorough in addressing our needs. Indeed, they have earned my rating!

I spoke with Alexandra Curtiss at Alarm New England asking for an alarm monitoring rate reduction and she told me "...absolutely not since you are on a 3 year contract." I sensed from our telephone conversation that she was not happy with my request due to her tone and she interrupted me when I was speaking with her. After I advised her that we were not in a contract, she reviewed our agreement and confirmed that we were not in a contract and paid month to month.
My husband and I were adamant to purchase our equipment and not have a contract so that we had the flexibility to change alarm monitoring companies. I am so happy we did based on my conversation with Alexandra. Their monthly monitoring rates are on the high side and I don't feel it is unreasonable to request a rate review/reduction given the current economic environment. My telephone conversation with Alexandra was very different from when my husband and I were reviewing alarm monitoring companies, and when I called to add additional equipment. Alexandra was very pleasant before we decided to use Alarm New England. I ask for a rate reduction and the conversation was not pleasant. Be careful when signing a multi year agreement

My husband and I installed our system with Connie walking us through the process. We had some connectivity issues early on, but Connie quickly realized that due to the footprint of our house and a couple of odd bump-outs, a repeater was needed. We plugged in the repeater and voila! No more problems. More recently we added keyless deadbolt locks- Connie FaceTimed with us to get those units tied into the alarm panel, and they are working beauifully. We highly recommend Alarm New England!

Connie M. has made herself so available to us with our many, many questions. She has guided us through keep our office and building safe and secure. Her experience is clear but her compassion sets her apart. She has been patient, understand and helpful in our one-year together at Alarm New England. Before we were introduced to Connie, we were ready to leave Alarm New England due to a negative experience in working together only 3 weeks. Connie is definitely the reason we stayed.

I have never had a problem with Alarm New England whenever I call they are very courteous and the service is outstanding . Even when I needed a back up battery they said they would mail it to me to save a service call so you know they have the customers best interest .
