A terrible product matched by a terrible attitude
We invested in what we thought was a hosepipe for life at over £100. Well, at least 10-15 years from this company. We are light users and use it maybe 20 times a year max, yet after less than 3 years, it's broken. The recoil function no longer works and when I got in touch, they simply washed their hands of it. "You're outside your warranty". Not a care that they sold me an incredibly highly price defective product that lasted less than a quarter of the time any reasonable person would expect.
There was no offer made to fix it or replace it, just a shrug that this poor sap wasted his money on their awful product and they should no longer be in any way responsible for selling me this junk under the misleading mirage of it being a quality and well made product.
I have had other companies gladly resolve issues outside warranty periods as they've accepted that their product is clearly at fault. Not Alfresia, they could not have been any more dismissive if they tried. Awful.

The recliner chair is very comfortable But.
The recliner chair is very comfortable ,it arrived quickly and without damage. It's a shame the frame is not in grey like my other Alfresia chair. For some reason I have a green frame with grey covers ??.

Delivery was split requiring being available to accept the delivery on two days. Convenient for the carrier but not for me!

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry your order was split by the courier. As you purchased a large Swing Seat and 3 large cushions the courier had to split your order as he was unable to fit it on his van. The couriers will do their best to keep all parcels together but on rare occasions this can happen. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

I needed material to reupholster furniture to match covers I bought last year and the company were very helpful in advising me, ordering it and sending it to me.
They kept me updated with timescales and Sue in customer services had a friendly manner throughout. A pleasure to do business with.

Excellent product
Excellent product, the quality of the cushions was first class. They fitted the chairs perfectly and have turned 2 tired chairs into new chairs.
The cushions were delivered within 3 days and were well worth the money.

Excelent product and helpful customer service
The product is well made, robust and easy to assemble. It is comfortable and an attractive feature in our garden.
After two years, our canopy was ravaged by the winter gales and customer services was most helpful in arranging for the purchase of a replacement. We will put the canopy away for the winter in future!
