We are a Gas Safe Registered business, fully insured with a public liability, public indemnity insurance and employees liability insurance. You may have seen our eye-catching vans and bright logos! We have a highly skilled trades team and office team who are happy to assist you at all times. The team has now grown to multiple vans and trades and offer a 7 day call out service. We also operate 24 hours a day where needed. Our knowledge of Gas, Heating, Plumbing and Drainage is fantastic on domestic systems and our engineers are fully qualified with a minimum level 2 Diploma, ACS Gas qualifications or Jetting Association qualifications dependent on trade. We are constantly improving our business and are expanding on the trades we already provide.

No central heating/A Lings Jason.
Jason visited our home which didn’t have central heating working. He managed to diagnose the issue very efficiently and managed to carry out the repair on the spot once the job had been authorised.
This was a home emergency call via my bank/AXA. No problem recommending Jason/A Lings from my experience.

A Lings were contacted at 8:30pm…
A Lings were contacted at 8:30pm Saturday night for emergency work required the following day (Sunday). A Lings responded immediately with booked resource. Resource arrived promptly Sunday morning to undertake the work and overcame the issue. The engineer communicated well with the work he had carried out and was very friendly / polite. I would without reservation use A Lings again.

A lings plumbing services FRAUD
A lings plumbing services in Hackbridge, Surrey. Came to resolve my plumbing issue started some work from an insurance company Both are scammers. They will come with some silly and clever reasons not to do and refer to a private fixing. Outside your emergency cover insurance. Don't trust these two. I hope some gov teams will look into them.
First they said they can do, land with insurance and did some work and in the middle of the job the A-Lings said their equipment is not there, after 2 day's they came back and said they can't do it. They are will tell your insurance company something different. Such a shame on you and your service, that to we got kid's and we suffered big time. PLEASE Read negative reviews. The team who comes to fix makes mess and ask for 5 ** start reviews, which they don't deserve without fixing it. Hope the A Lings will look into these complaints seriously in 2025. Do their jobs as agreed to insurance and obviously you will get very good reviews from customers, Do not rip off, don't scam, don't lie, don't cheat as KARMA will you one way the other. Don't go for easy money as customers like me/us are hard earning also very expensive periods of our lives. A-Lings please read again and again don't fraud, support customers...so that other insurers will also opt your company in future.....

Blocked manhole/drain
Trevor came around and unblocked our manhole cover, whick was close to overflowing, it took him a matter of minutes to solve the problem. Within seconds the water was flowing as normal. It was a huge relief for us and he was a really nice guy as well. Nice one!

I recommend Kai in a heartbeat!
Our boiler started leaking a couple days ago so we have been cold for a while. Luckily they sent Kai today. Kai is great!he was very knowledgeable and patient explaining to us what the issue was.his go-to and positive attitude really helped.we feel very positive that the issue is temporarily resolved. He has suggested for parts to be replaced so hopefully that will be done soon. We would highly recommend him.

Great service and exceptional engineer.
Had an issue with my Boiler not firing up, logged with my insurance company at 6:30pm, received a call at 9am Sunday morning to arrange for an engineer. It was arrange he would call me half an hour before arriving on the Monday morning so I could leave work and meet him. Within 15 minutes Mike had identified the issue and called the office to order a replacement gas valve, I was kept informed of the parts delivery schedule, and on Thursday Mike returned stripped my Boiler down replaced the valve ran all the safety tests and was finished in under 45 minutes. Perfect!

A Lings are absolutely amazing
A Lings are absolutely amazing, had two previously cowboy plumbers that ruined my toilet, however my insurance company sent new contractors being A Lings who took over and fixed the issues no problem, they were clear, transparent with questions, and super polite, overall their skills levels are above and beyond! Many thanks to Jess in particular who resolved the issue, she was professional, highly skilled and polite, overall great!!
