first order, i am suprised, very good clean herbs, it brings rest in my body to heal.

Alkaline Way is the way!

The service, the products and the communication is PERFECT. An absolutely wonderful business and I take the capsules EVERYWHERE I go. It fills me with optimism and I can rely on a wonderful UK based company. I recommend it to my friends all the time! Alkaline Way is amazing and I hope it goes strength to strength as it deserves too!

The herbs are if high quality and trusted never had an issue when ordering any products with each product it tells you how to take what they are used for highly recommend this company

I have been using there Irish seamoss tablets for sometime now, they have been life changing for me, but besides the great product, alkaline way are quick to respond if you have any issues as a example I had a delivery go missing it did not reach me they did not hesitate to send me out another order.

I have been getting my seamoss capsules for about 2 years for help with my asthma. They are definately working, as my condition has improved markedly, even according to my GP. Prices are less than H&B but just as good. Good health shouldn't be out of anyone's price range and these certainly aren't. I have recently ordered milk thistle, which too is making a difference. Parcels always come on time with description of benefits. Thankyou 😁

I placed order on 15th July not received I have tried to make contact via email and webchat the phone is switched off. I have ordered in the pass and received my goods. This time the experience is very poor no customer service whatsoever. I now have to go through the tedious experience of contacting my bank to reclaim my refund.

Amazing product's - my go to for organic supplements. Great service and day 1 customer! Would recommend

Thank you for reaching out and offering to remake and resend my order and to address my concerns.

That said, I didn’t reorder sooner due to a poor customer service experience at the time which has now been address to a satisfactory level.

I appreciate the recent effort that have been made to resolve things and believe future experiences will be smoother.

I highly recommend all products but especially the Sea Moss.

We are super loyal to Alkaline Way, their supplements are the best quality and as a consequence we return over and over again. So grateful for all the variety and the great customer experience. Many thanks

Amazing selection of supplements. The sea moss has really helped my daughter’s skin and has made a difference in the way I feel day to day. I will not shop anywhere else as the customer service is always 10/10 and the delivery is quick. Thank you Alkaline Way.

Their engagement with customers is great and it shows with all their tips and tricks for a alkaline lifestyle via their social media page and website FAQs! It shows that they care and really enjoy what they do!
Also delivery is super efficient! Mine have always arrived super quick.
Packaging seems like a top priority too, which is always a good thing!
Considering my orders usually consist of seamoss gel in a glass mason jar, nothing has ever arrived broken!

I can’t praise the service that I have received from Alkaline Way highly enough. I have used them multiple times in the past and always received a great service. Fast shipping, great communication, quality products and the attention to detail about each herb and how they work to help the body and how often to take them is what I love the most. Great family business that I will continue to use.

Speedy delivery love the products nothing else added you know what your getting and a great variety of products to choose from with great health benefits

I’ve been using Alkaline Herbs and Supplements for several years now, and I can confidently say they’ve made a lasting difference in my life. As a returning customer, I keep coming back because I feel the benefits—noticeably clearer skin, better energy levels, and an overall sense of wellbeing that’s hard to put into words.

The quality of the herbs is consistently high, and I always feel like I’m giving my body what it truly needs. It’s rare to find natural products that actually deliver on their promise, but these do—and then some.

I can’t recommend them enough!
