Went to a day arranged by Allied Mobility at Chatham Historic Dockyard and viewed many WAVs & got information. Helped me to choose my next vehicle.
The whole process from ordering to delivery went very smoothly and communication was brilliant.
Can't fault a thing from beginning to end.

Straight forward, good communication and service.

Good advice from the sales rep. Offered a test drive and an in depth review of the wheelchair equipment. Unfortunately when the vehicle arrived it was the wrong colour. Also a refund was still unavailable for an item given as goodwill gesture. Some negative points but I'm sure the road will be smooth going forward.

Brilliant service. Friendly, great communication. We had 2 demonstrations and both times were talked through pros and cons of each vehicle. Finding what was best for us rather than easiest for them.

Excellant and quick service from demonstration to delivery always kept in the loop. Been with allied for 7 years never a problem

On delivering my new car the man explained all aspects of the car before leaving.

We were very impressed with the communication provided by Allied.

We had been dealing with a different provider initially but after several months had made no progress. We initially approached Allied for advice and to find out about availability.

The entire process took approximately two months, communication was excellent and the WAV was delivered within the timescale given.

Second car now from allied ,from demo to delivery very quick and straight forward. Maintainance from home servicing very good .

Vehicle is fantastic. The service was impeccable, but one small issue was that a bracket on the tailgate came loose after 3 days.

Very helpful from the start. Made a daunting process very stress free. Particularly grateful about the advice to apply for the grant to cover the deposit as we did not know about this.

The motability specialist Ollie was both helpful and knowledgeable in advising the type and size of vehicle we needed keeping within the upfront budget we had available and rearranged his diary to see us asap due to the very tight timeline we needed to adhere to.

I recently took delivery of my WAV (electric wheelchair user). During the entire process Allied were extremely helpful and handled every need with a great deal of consideration and friendliness. The vehicle has already made a huge difference to myself and my family and I hope to be able to stay with Allied in future.

Excellent service from start to finish. Good opportunities to try and get the right car and once I did then everything was sorted out so quickly and easily.
