i called for days so many times nobody ever is bordered to respond. why offer services if you don't respond, people on hold for days, and never answer?

Allied wallet hold funds for ages, they then add processing fees on that are just made up and rob your money.

Never use this wallet ! It's a fast track to lose all of your money. After 4months of my account being illegally charged and my funds bbeing stocked in there with several emails being sent but they never responded to any until i got the service of some recovery experts who helped in getting my claims back. hopefully this helps anyone who has same issues

DO NOT USE ALLIED WALLET !!

They are scammers who will add chargebacks to your account and then refuse to justify why they have been added

We had a crazy amount of chargebacks so we decided to contact a few of our customers to ask why they asked for their money back .... low and behold our clients told us that they had not requested a chargeback. We then asked a couple of our customers to contact their bank to investigate, and bothe customers banks said the same thing, the chargeback was raised by Allied Wallet not from the UK bank.

After 5 months of them refusing to explain why they had done this, we decided to close our account and ask for our balance to be transfered to our bank account. Unbelievably they then added from nowhere Chargebacks that totalled £1900, which wiped out the money they owed us, surprise surprise !!

We have sent them over 20 emails in the last 2 months asking them to explain this, but they refuse to answer. Allied Wallet are nothing more than a bunch of scammers who are cheating people/companies out of their money. We are currently in the process of contacting the Financial Services Ombudsman in California to get our money back

Be careful they closed my account, and sent me proof of chargebacks, that never existed.

they were supposed to reverse our funds since 6 months passed, but now got email that they will dont send our funds because Alliedwallet got suspended their FCA!

Pass your way, and dont cooperate with this company that stole thousand of company's!

With no further clarification nor supporting evidence, our application for a merchant account has been declined after a wait lasted for weeks and comprehensive responses by our side. Useless

Stay away from this company. They have basically stolen my money and refuse to answer emails. They are still holding 2k of my money with no sign of ever paying out.

A disgraceful company ...so beware if you get involved with them.

Scammers, have blocked accounts for 6 months and every time they answer you that they resolve in 7-10 days, the funds are blocked on the card and you charge every time the commissions, stay away !!

Allied Wallet service via Spectrocoin has been suspended since September 2018 and despite a multitude of requests to both parties, they are unwilling to resolve the problem, each party blaming the other. In the meantime, Allied Wallet continues to strip your money in the form of fees which they flatly refuse to refund even though you cannot access your funds...BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS when contemplating either Allied Wallet or Spectrocoin's offerings!
