Very bad company to rent from.
As advertised looking good but actually horrible company to rent from, customer service very poor, deposit impossible to return without legal actions and lots of wasted time on your money and mental health. Avoid totally

Avoid this company if you are planning to rent a car. They won't return your security deposit and have to wait long time. They don't answer your phone call and even response from refund department is very poor.
I got my deposit back within 24 hours after I filed a case with DED and Dubai Police.
My best advise is to go with other rental company without having to pay any deposit, prices may be high but it is safer option.

They said that we have policy to return deposit in 30 Days . I am waiting for my deposit for 65 days . They have lot excuses . I visited office many time . Their staff is very polite when you will go for rent but when you will go to claim deposit they are very irroogent with worse behavior. They will not even answer your call. Please Don't rent a car

I've rented the car on 23 March, company took security deposit and 2 months later they haven't issued any refund of 1500AED.
I've reached to them couple times in whatapp, they said to send them emails. I did. No reply. No refund. Nothing.
Please help

SCAM❗️❗️❗️ Please avoid, it's a terrible company!
I rented from them this year, and when you sign the contract, absolutely nothing is explained. They demand the money upfront, they are very rude, and on top of that, they did not return the deposit. They force you to pay fines or damages to the car that were not even caused by you. A terrible experience that ruined the end of our vacation.

They did not process the security deposit. Filed a case in Consumer Protection via online & will file a case in Dubai Courts via ON TIME

This company is a total scam. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

Absolutely ridiculous service. Avoid at all costs as they will not return your deposit unless you have a UAE bank account. I have been waiting 4 weeks between each email as there is no phone number to call. Have given up now. Will be making a report to the authorities as this is theft.

I can confirm that this is a dodgy company. After several threats, I finally got my money back after contacting Dubai police and the Dubai fraud line.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worst company i have ever dealt with. They are rude and speak to you with no respect. They demand money from you all the time. Add extra charges. Send threats and harass you if you dont pay. Dont expect your deposit back either! They are scammers and thieves. Would rate 0 star if i could. Will be filing a report.

I rented a car in the period from 30 September 2023 to 07 October 2023. License plate number 38928 model M-JAC S3. I sent emails on the dates: 11-16-23, 12-01-23, 12-03-23, 12-06-23, 12-07-23, 10-12-23, 12-12-23, 27- 12-23, 16-01-24, 23-01-24. I then sent dozens of Whats App messages. The last response was that I would receive the refund on 16 January 2024, since then I have not received anything, nor responses despite dozens of reminders, much less a refund. I strongly advise against renting any vehicle with these scoundrels because they will not refund your deposit. A whopping €314.77, AED 1247.

Avoid this company. They do not return deposits.
Very very dodgy company.
They will pass you around the block from WhatsApp to email to WhatsApp etc but no one refunds the deposits.
3 months since we returned car we are now waiting they are ignoring us.

Have filed complaint with DED.

We have been waiting for the deposit money since December 22, now we’re at the end of June 23 and they have not returned anything. They are fraudsters.
In addiction, they asked us to pay fines but without any receipt or piece of paper……
Crazy!!! We are really angry. Give our money back!

Rented a car on 8/3/2023 and paid a refundable deposit of AED 1.500 which was refundable by e-mailing them 30 days later. I have e-mailed them 5 times, called them on each available number at least 10 times, reached out through Whats App... they do not respond nor have they refunded that amount.
I would avoid at all cost and be warned if you go ahead with them.
on 18/4/2023 having used all existing methods to get them to comply with their own policy, I have filed a fraud case with my credit card company & my bank.
