Alpha Batteries made it really easy to find the correct battery for my old Kubota tractor and I was very pleased with the price which included free delivery. It arrived quickly and very well packaged. Will definitely use them again. They event rang me to check that it was delivered ok and that I was happy with the purchase.

Battery arrived next day. I received a call to check everything was ok after delivery. A real pleasure to deal with.

The advice over the phone given, and the price was excellent and the next day delivery was top notch.

Very angry as was promised next day delivery if ordered before 3pm this was on a battery that was needed on a vehicle to do an early airport run. I had to chase up what was going on and having waited ten minutes to be answered in the first place you can imagine my disappointment when they said it hadnt gone out on the delivery. I got a half hearten apology and my express costs back. I think a bit of discount would have gone a long way wouldnt use again.
I revised this review from a one star to a three star the next day as despite not receiving the battery in the morning as promised again it did arrive in the afternoon and the company had the good grace to refund me a discount. The company is not at fault here but the delivery company.

The Website was easy to negotiate and finding the correct battery for my car simple. The delivery was as arranged and the driver very helpful. Pricewise they are very competitive compared to other suppliers. I would definitely use them again.

Found Alpha Batteries using internet search engine. All I needed to do was enter my van registration and a choice of suitable batteries came up. I ordered paying for next day delivery. Don't think they are quite as slick as some of the big online retailers as the item was not despatched until the day after it was ordered. It did however arrive the following day, fitted my van perfectly and van started immediately after being off the road for over 6 months....Thanks

ordered a Relion 100ah lithium battery, and paid extra for next day delivery. Not only did it not get delivered the day after the next day but I received a call saying my battery had been sent to someone else. so having wasted 2 days of work waiting for a battery that never came I cancelled my order.

Since my original review AB have not only provided an upgraded battery with a discount but proved professional, polite and genuinely keen to provide a positive outcome for me. I'm certain now that, as they have said, my issues were a one off and their response deserves a much higher rating than 1 star. Thanks AB, I'll definitely come to you in the future!
