Probably the best customer experience i have ever had! Emailed about my ray ban sunglasses where one side had lost a fitting/screw. Quick quote received, i posted my glasses signed for before 1pm and they repaired the next day... i just got them back. Thanks so much. Every shop i went to told me they couldn't repair! This firm did in minutes. Highly recommend their service. thank you

I broke my sunglasses on holiday as one of the arms snapped off. I sent them here on the Thursday and they were returned the next day repaired. Excellent service at a very reasonable price.

Highly recommend. My Ray-Bans had a big crack in the frame, the temples were wonky and overall my glasses were in poor condition. Sent them off on Tuesday and had them back by Thursday completely fixed and as good as new. Great customer service and was a good price for everything that was included such as cleaning etc. Would definitely use again.

Great service, I needed 2 pairs of raybans fixing. One needed new lenses and the arm on the other pair, cheaper than what the opticions could offer and branded lenses from rayban. Sent off in the post and returned with care around a week after. Highly recommended I'm really happy with the restoration. Thank you 😊

I never leave reviews but honestly this was outstanding service. The instructions were clear, the package was acknowledged, the repair was done the same day and I received them back registered delivery the next day. Wow, what a fantastic response to my request for my glasses to be repaired.
AlphaOmega responded within 24 hrs, I sent them my glasses on the Thursday, they responded on the next Friday to say they have received and repaired them, I received them on the next Saturday morning. Glasses were repaired to a very high standard, lenses polished and new nose supports fitted as an extra, will definitely use in the future and recommend to family and friends. I’m seriously amazed at how brilliant this company is. I sent my glasses at 3pm on Wednesday and I had them back by Friday lunchtime all fixed and packaged brilliantly. I couldn’t believe the speed and reasonable price. Thank you so much, I’m really pleased.

Excellent service- I sent the glasses Thursday received an email from Alpha Omega to confirm delivery & that they had been repaired & would be posted Friday- I received my glasses back on Saturday in brand new condition

Amazing company!!! From the time that I contacted this company and sent them some pics of my broken glasses until I received the repaired item back in my postbox was very very quick, efficient, informative and excellent workmanship. The company kept me very well informed with clear instructions all the way through.

Superb response from David at Alphaomega glasses repair. He quickly identified the frame for my Oakley Two face Ferrari ltd edition glasses could not be repaired, however during the conversation it became apparent I could use another pair and swap key parts. David took time and called me back twice to help me, knowing on this occasion there was no opportunity to charge for his service. I will have no hesitation in recommending Alphaomega and will be back if ever need any repairs in the future.

Amazing.

I damaged my glasses falling down a muddy bank at Bristol Airport. AlphaOmega repaired them and returned the same day they received them. 5 stars for the Service and 5 stars to Bristol Airport who have refunded the cost!!

First excellent service and speed of turn round. The repair to the bridge of my titanium framed glass appears to be very good. The, difficult, weld to the straight beak of the 1.4mm bridge bar is neat and visually barley perceptible. A reinforcing bar has been fitted behind the original bridge is neither visible nor intrusive when wearing the glasses.
I am will have no problem in recommending Ajax.

I've used AlphaOmega three times now and can't recommend them highly enough. The turnaround time (48 hours, door to door) is incredible (my optician quoted 10 days and said a repair was unlikely to work!) The last time I used them was a week before Christmas, when the arm of a pair of glasses fell off. I thought there'd be no chance of having them by Christmas, but I was wrong! Outstanding customer service and workmanship. So happy to have found this service.

I had sat down on my glasses, bending the arms out too wide and they no longer fit on my head properly and would fall off. I decided to send them to AlphaOmega for repair and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My glasses fit like new and they were fixed and returned within 48 hours!
