He buy reviews from me but not paid. all fake positive reviews. hate his. he is a scammer.

Have used this company before for minor works so when unfortunately we had to call them a few weeks ago for emergency repairs i was grateful they could fit us in. Our flat roof in the garden was leaking all over our games room due to the high winds and rain we had. They came out next day to patch it and today have come back on the day they said they would to do it fully. Thanks for being responsive and thanks for making me not feel i was robbed for an emergency job. Safe hands. Thank you.

Alpha roofing arrived promptly and very politely introduced themselves they then got to repairing a valley on my roof. cleaning all mess as they made their exit. Highly recommend their professional team

Sadly, we won’t be using Alpha Roofing, ever again due to the disappointing way that Jon Wilks (owner) has chosen to conduct business.

Jon from Alpha Roofing provided a quote for fixing 2 leaks on our roof in early Dec, called us the day before coming out to do the job to say that he had “misquoted us” and asked for significantly more money. We agreed to the revised quote on the basis that Jon would have someone out shortly to do the job.

We spoke to them on the 5th of Jan and explained that the leaks had gotten significantly worse but still no repair date, we didn’t hear back from them since then, so we emailed them on the 16th of Jan to cancel the job, only to get a call a few hours later to say that magically they were available to do the job the next day. Due to this let down we no longer want to use their services as I had to find someone to do an emergency repair.

Jon then proceeded to threaten with legal action if we didn’t go ahead, in the end we agreed on a cancelation fee. His explanation was that everyone has a leak on their roof.

So why take the job if you cannot fulfil demand Jon, or why not be transparent with timeframes instead of misleading people? I could easily fight this legally, but the amount is small enough, for me, not to be worth my time talking to lawyers. Will it be small enough for you potential customer and are you prepared to deal with someone that behaves like this?

So, what are the lessons here, make sure if you are entering an agreement with Alpha Roofing that they put a start date on the job, otherwise walk away. Alternatively, if you want your job expedited, cancel the job after 14 days, and see them magically becoming available the next day.

We had used them in the past and they had done a good job hence choosing them again, even though they were significantly more expensive than all the other quotes.

Sadly Jon, you will not get any other jobs from us (and there are a few additional big ones this year). I hope you learn from this and try to do better next time, hopefully you won’t mislead your clients with last minute quote changes and elusive repair dates.

I would highly recommend Alpha Roofing!!!! I had my whole roof replaced and the guys were Soo Nice and worked Very Hard All Day, In The Heat, to get the job done and They did a Great Job!!!! They cleaned up all the debris afterwards, Very Well. Ask for Greg, He is Soo Nice & Professional and makes sure the job is done Right and I'm Soo Happy Now and Very Satisfied With Their Work!!!!🙂👍👍👍

Needed urgent repair of the roof of our home due to extreme wind blowing a large gumtree branch into it.
We hadn’t purchased home insurance as it was our first property we bought & was unsure if we would have enough money to repair fast!

I needed a ridge flue vent removing and replacing. Alpha responded quickly to my request for a quote, and after a site visit they produced a quote promptly. We arranged a date to carry out the work very quickly once I was ready to go ahead.
On the day, we agreed to extend the job to include a second vent, and this was all sorted on the day to my satisfaction.
And a couple of days later the heavens opened, which was a good test that the repair was sound!
