Recently had Alpha out to do some urgent work on my roof following a leak. Quick response and problem was solved quickly- very happy.

I had Zak and Alfie come and renew my garage flat roof. They also replaced the facia and the guttering. They carried out the work perfectly, they were polite, cleaned up after themselves. I couldn’t be happier with alpha as a whole John and Rachel were very helpful too. Price was reasonable. I’ll definitely use alpha roofing again!

Alpha roofing Cambridge Ltd fixed my issue i was having with water laying on and leaking through my flat roof. They repaired the issue and were extremely professional and timely. We have used Alpha roofing Cambridge on most of our rental properties we have. I’ve always found them to be reliable, trustworthy and very competitive and on the occasion that we’ve had emergencies I’ve always been there within 24 hours which we appreciate because our buildings are tenanted and having contractors that can respond quickly in emergencies is something we value.

On their own admission they state that they had scheduled the work - they had also completed RAMS by all accounts. One of the first obligations in completing RAMS requires a scheduled date for work that H&S and Insurance cover is required for, to be included. So there should never have been a problem in providing me with a scheduled date for starting. Any changes to such a date due to inclement weather etc could have been dealt with at a later date. So, without question, I stand by my first comments about Alpha Roofing and their delaying tactics once you have agreed to the work! The reason I supplied availability dates was to make scheduling easier - not an indication that the work was not required at the earliest opportunity and they already knew the reasons why it required doing. A firm such as Alpha cannot work on an ad hoc basis, they wouldn't survive if they did. It stands to reason they know how long individual jobs take and when they can potentially start the next. So an anticipated date of commencement should not have been an issue. They couldn't pick up the phone to explain why they couldn't give me a start date, but on the other hand, couldn't pick up the phone fast enough when I cancelled! Clever ploy to extract money whichever way!

Zak and Alfie came to do a verge repair on our house a couple days ago was delighted with the work that they did both very polite boys and tidied up after them selfs. Thank you alpha roofing

The boys did a great job. Really impressed with the standards of work, they were very professional and explained everything very clearly to myself and my mum. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend. Top job boys!

Zak and Alfie worked tirelessly for two whole days replacing my existing covering on my extensive flat roof. The work is outstanding and to a very high quality. They completely cleared up after themselves and were very polite and courteous. Zak even made recommendations regarding other parts of my property with absolutely no obligation. Jon and the office staff went above and beyond with my questions and were totally available by phone/text/email whenever needed. I thoroughly recommend this company 100% and will definitely use them again in the future without hesitation!!!!!

We had our roof and guttering replaced by alpha Roofing Ltd this month. We chose them as they had changed our neighbours flat roof fascias. The price was reasonable and better than several other quotes we received. Very tidy on completion and managed to get the job done 3 days quicker than they thought they would. Great roofers!
