I needed a spare compression sack for my Alpkit Skyhigh 500 sleeping bag. Even though they do not sell these separately, they had a look round the warehouse to if there was spare one. Next day they located one, and despatched the following day. Well done Naomi!!! And thank you.

Even though Alpkit were unable to do my repair, they were able to make other suggestions for how I might fix it myself and even signposted me to someone else who provided the specialist service I required. Now that is EXCELLENT customer service.

Highly recommend Alpkit. Their gear is well designed and good quality and the customer service is excellent. I had small issue with a delivery going AWOL. They sorted it swiftly without fuss.

Fortunate to meet Tom in the shop to talk through what I needed and it was just great.

So I now have the perfect frame bag on order.

I purchased x2 Carbon Marathon Ultra poles. Alpkit’s service was great. The company responded to my questions promptly and even refunded the difference between x2 single poles and the cost of ordering a pair without being asked.
As for the poles, they’re robust, light and easy to set up. My only gripe is their length; I’m 5ft 7inches and they’re perhaps a little too tall for me on the lowest length you can set. I chose to keep them and adapted my hand grip but others may prefer a pole that goes a little shorter.

Customer service was on point with product help on a bag. Sounds like the staff test the products alot and have true experiences with the products. Will be ordering more in the future.

I placed and tightly timed order for hiking kit on Sunday and forgot one item. I called today to ask if it could be added to the scheduled next day delivery and was not at all hopeful it could. But Ash and Ed went above and beyond to find my order, sort an invoice and add in the extra item. Saving delivery costs for me and van miles. I am a first time very happy customer. Huge thanks to Ash and Ed !

Fantastic company. I have some of their cycling gear, and a few base layers and T-shirts. The gear is top quality at affordable prices. Sales are really worth looking into. But in confidence from a local and ethical considerate company! I just recently bought a fleece and after placing the order realised I’d be better with a larger size. I phoned up, spoke to Brendan (top man) and the order was amended and arrived the next day!!! Amazing. Enjoy great value and adventure well.

Ordered a load of stuff for a bikepacking trip (bags, tent, sleeping kit). Delivery was delayed (by DPD, no fault of alpkit) but their customer service to resolve the issue was brilliant and super helpful. Shout out to Brendan for getting it all resolved and delivered in time for my trip! The gear feels like its really good quality, and the design (especially of the Ordos 3) is amazing.

The products offered by Alpkit are only equalled by their fantastic support service. The team have been responsive and pro-active in helping me with my purchases and ensuring that i get the most from them.

Bestilte topografiske vandrekort over Skotland fra Alpkit.com – og de er helt perfekte. Nu kan turen planlægges ned til mindste detalje hjemmefra, hvilket gør forberedelserne både nemmere og sjovere. Unbelievably good customer service! Phone number is easy to find, speaking to someone instantly and they know the products inside out. I spoke with Ash who was super knowledgeable about all of the products I was looking at and had some great tips for cycle touring!
The products are also really well made and come with a Warranty in the unlikely event you need to, things can be fixed.

My "2 year old" lightweight music chair just broke at a festival, 1 leg decided to do its own thingy. Unuseable.

I've been a customer for years now with absolutely no problems purchasing both in store and online.
