Had the best experience dealing with Dada at amart butler. Couldn't recommend her more

the variety of reclining chairs and options was fantastic

The whole experience front walking in the shop to receiving the items was friendly and pleasant.

bought 2 mattress in store in bundy, 1 mattress came in 1 week and another didin't arrive in 2 weeks. end up refund for 1 mattress. poor customer service, deliver not in time. bought online 2 beds, 1 bed was perfect no noise 2nd bed didn't fit right and making noise everytime when moving around in bed while sleeping.

Very Disappointing Experience at Amart Furniture Casula — Poor Customer Service 23/08/2026

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service we received at Amart Furniture Casula.

We visited the store looking for outdoor furniture and found a set that we wanted to purchase. We spoke with a sales assistant and clearly told him that we wanted the furniture. Even the lady manager confirmed it as we have new sales assistant. Before moving on to look at other items in the store, I asked him several times to confirm that the furniture was secured for us. Each time, he reassured us that it was confirmed.

Trusting what the sales assistant told us, we continued looking at other furniture because we were planning to purchase more items. While we were doing this, another sales representative came along and sold the outdoor furniture to another customer.

When we explained that we had already selected the furniture and had repeatedly asked the sales assistant to confirm it for us, we were told that the other customer had already paid for it.

This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. If the store's policy is that an item is only secured once payment has been made, then customers should be clearly told this at the time. We specifically asked the sales assistant along with lady manager multiple times to confirm the furniture, and we relied on his answer.

What made the situation even worse was when we escalated the matter to the manager. Unfortunately, we did not feel that our concerns were properly listened to or that any genuine effort was made to resolve the situation.

Amart's website promotes customer service as part of the shopping experience, but unfortunately that was not our experience at the Casula store.

We left the store feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. The issue wasn't simply losing the furniture — it was the poor communication, lack of accountability and the way our complaint was handled.

I would strongly recommend that customers confirm exactly what “reserved” or “confirmed” means and make payment immediately, rather than relying on a sales assistant's verbal confirmation.

Very disappointing experience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Amart Furniture Casula to family or friends. I wasted my time. Even the sales managers are useless and not willing to help customer with attitude.

I hope senior management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication between sales staff and customers. I couldn’t buy my dining table and outdoor furniture because of disappointment of sales representatives. They didn’t acknowledged their mistakes and apologised. They should be clear about their policies.

Easy to order. Loved the product. Tracking for the delivery was lacking. Not updated regularly. Was on truck for delivery for two days.

I recently bought a mattress from Amart, the whole process was easy and efficient. The staff were helpful and friendly. We arranged delivery of the mattress. Delivery went smooth. I am a happy customer.

My item was not in stock in black and the only one they had in black was returned to the factory and had been stored for years and I agreed to my order being last made and an eight weeks wait.I had paid $3789.00 I placed my order knowing it was a 8 weeks away. I have the receipt no 179736 price paid$3798.00. I was told delivery in 8 weeks and on the day it didn't turn up after I received notice of delivery. I rang and was told by their salesman "it was stunning and we sold it straight away and Quote" you wont find another of those the manufacture is not taking orders"..I knew that Mine was their last order they rang the manufacture while I was present Mine didn't turn up they said it sold the same day and weeks later the manufacturer closed shop. The only date is 5 July 2024.I took Photos,made dozens of phone calls sent letters.Amart made no offer of a refund or even cared about selling the lounge suit I had waited months for or my complaints . The lounge suit looked faded like it had been in stored because it wasn't worth h fixing, on arrival the console lid wouldn't close the hinges were bent, faded and looked like a dark grey, not black don't risk buying from Amart. No compensation was made to me and they didn't care less and if it were not for a car accident I would have gone to the media and pursued them in court.The $3789 lounge room suit looks much older than it 2 years more like 10 years because it is was in storage and never repaired for years. The fabric was faded and piping bent They are asking for date because it not on their invoice. Worst retail experience of by 7O years of which I worked in sales Delivered July 5 2024 with console lid bent and arrived with different shades of the fading more charol grey than black same fabric and piping is atrocious, looks much older than its 2 years, more like 10. They did nothing to correct or make amends refused to pick it up.Please know your welcome to contact me and see it for your self what I got for my money from Amart furniture. I will post you the invoice and photos Lyn Smith 3037.They asked for invoice date? I have the invoice that has no date just delivery the date July 2024. I will provide evidence of the crime commited. I did not receive any help or offer of compensation what's so ever just months of waking for a second hand couch. Please note this saw 5 July 2024 not able to remark what has happened unless it in last few months. Well we win see if I still have a claim after two years in small claims
court

Great experience from start to finish! The whole process was easy and well organised, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Communication regarding collection was clear, and everything was ready when I arrived. The product was in perfect condition and I’m very happy with the quality. Would definitely shop with Amart again!

We found a stylish and modern furniture in Amart in reasonable price. Customer service are also excellent.
