I understand that we are only human and mistakes happen. Once they realised what happened they were very apologetic and arranged for delivery the next week. I am very happy with my new bed,Thank you A Mart.

Purchase of bed and side tables very easy with help of sales staff who arranged deliivery

I had a really good experience with Amart Furniture. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the whole process was easy from choosing the product through to purchase. The furniture is good quality and reasonably priced. I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I would definitely recommend Amart Furniture to family and friends!

The product I purchased was adequate for my purposes. However as a regional customer, the online purchase was very frustrating. I found the Toowoomba staff not very knowledgeable or helpful when I was ordering and the advertising was really misleading. I had to return a portion of my order via courier that A-Mart organised and now the refund has been withheld unnecessarily with confusion from the staff. Every time, I call I have been given a different story and I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
This is the first time I have shopped at A-Mart and think I will avoid this store from now on.

Staff in store were great and delivery guys were fabulous

Was able to try each mattress and good price was provided quickly. Showroom was well laid out and all products could be looked at easily.

The agreed delivery date was ignored, it was so difficult to get in touch with A Mart, and the person on the phone English was not very good and difficult to understand.

She is the best, I forgot her name but if you go in AMART cairns look for the blond curly hair lady very happy and helpful person. Thank you.

Amber was excellent

Purchased a 4 piece $3500 outdoor furniture setting. 2 x single seater chairs, 2 x 2.5 seat and a table.
According to AMART's warranty, this setting is under warranty for 24 months due to the price.
It is made from Resin rattan with powder coated steel frames. The table is metal with a 'dipped' wood looking coverage. The coverage is MICRO thin!
Here is the problem.
The dipped coating on the table is bubbling under the coating and is peeling off in large pieces. When the pieces peel off, rust is evident underneath the coating.
The setting is around 10 months old. Is is always under cover ( not in the open) and is always covered when not in use with the plastic covers provided.
After reading AMART'S Quality Guarantee policy, I lodged a claim for a replacement table based on it being a manufacturing fault.
AMART have denied the claim with NO REASON given.
They refuse to admit that it is a fault in the manufacturing process. It is apparant that the metal table WAS NOT prepared properly before the coating was applied.
They now fail to return my emails and respond to calls.
I have a heap of photos to post detailing the damage to the table.

Awesome staff.

The coffee table i ordered was ready for pick-up on time and in perfect condition. I was so happy with it once I got it home. I never leave reviews but thought I should for this one

The prices were good and the checkout process was straight forward, however, the product I purchased isn’t available to be collected until 3 weeks from now which is disappointing.

The range of products, competitive prices and helpful staff made my purchase experience easy and pleasant.
