We won’t ask you to repeat the whole process; the aim is to understand precisely where we fell short and ensure the right lessons are taken forward.

We are kindly asking you to please DM your booking reference (and the collection postcode/date of the move) so we can locate your booking and review exactly what went wrong with scheduling and call handling that day. Once we find your job in our data base, we can investigate what went wrong, and follow up with a proper explanation and a resolution.

We’re genuinely sorry for the disruption you experienced — especially after arranging annual leave to make the move happen. A same-day vehicle breakdown should never leave you without a workable alternative, and we recognise that offering a new date that didn’t suit you (and no goodwill gesture) fell short of the standard you should expect from us.

Although this happened in July, we’d still like the chance to put things right and learn from it. Please send us your booking reference (and collection postcode) via DM so we can locate your job, review exactly what went wrong with our contingency planning that day and come up with an appropriate goodwill gesture for the inconvenience.

This is not the standard we aim for!
Although this happened in June, we’d still like to put things right and learn from it. Please DM your booking reference (and collection postcode) so we can locate your job, review what went wrong with scheduling/dispatch and our contingency steps that day, and come back with a resolution — including an appropriate goodwill gesture.
If you ever need our help again, we can set up a protected booking protocol (priority slot, tighter time window and discreet communication with a named coordinator). Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we’re tightening buffers and escalation procedures to prevent a repeat.
