Van lange interviews krijg ik snel een transcriptie die vaak 99% accuraat is. Erg prettig!

Great UX - simply upload your audio files (accepts a wide range of formats), push them into the transcript queue and wait for the results. The web-based UI is easy to use and very intuitive. I used it for transcribing German audio recordings and was surprised by the accurate output delivered by their automatic engine. Apart from personal names, usually no subsequent manual corrections were necessary.

Amberscript works very quickly and precisely, producing highly accurate and linguistically excellent transcripts that can be adjusted for scientific analysis with varying degrees of precision and fidelity to the original text. The option for companies to use invoicing greatly simplifies the process. This allows for the efficient processing of research data.

I think it's a great tool that really helped me a lot.

I use Amberscript to automatically transcribe interviews. The interviews are conducted partly in English, but mostly in German. The files are available quickly. The quality of the transcription is usually very good – even with different dialects and background noise. With the help of the editor, passages that are incomprehensible to Amberscript can also be easily corrected. The time savings compared to the previous manual transcription process are enormous – I wouldn't want to be without this tool anymore!

good transcription correct tekst and a fast working machine

Goede vertaling, fijne editor. Werkt helaas niet in de Vivaldi browser en is daardoor helaas, op dit moment, geen oplossing voor onze migratie naar EU-Tech. Overzicht van bestanden kan veel strakker en het betaalmodel nodigt niet uit voor populaire opschaling. veel kostbaarder dan onze huidige oplossing (Transkriptor). Overstap naar EU mag geld kosten, maar product staat daardoor wat minder sterk in het licht van andere EU-aanbieders zoals Happy Scribe.

The editor is sometimes completely wrong. Last week, I had a file with the word 'ChatGPT' in it. The editor made 9(!) variations. Also on Flemish files it is not that consistent. Besides with MacBook, the copy and paste function, which you need a lot when working with full verbatim, doesn't work properly. Sometimes it deletes the whole text. Speakers get mixed up during halfway of the file. But overall it's good to work with, except for the flaws mentioned.

I used Amberscript for my thesis and I´m so satisfied with the service they provide! In particular, the tool is very easy to use, and it's also great that you can pay using a wide range of different payment methods. Other online tools should definitely take a leaf out of their book. I am very satisfied with the service Amberscript offers and can highly recommend this tool!

Mega goede dienst. Vertaling is echt heel sterk altijd. Ik werk als video editor en ik ben zeer te spreken over deze dienst. De vertalingen zijn goed en bruikbaar. Er is wel wat nawerk, soms zijn de afbrekingen van ondertitelingen in de zin niet fijn getimed, maar het gebruik van deze dienst scheelt mij uren en uren aan werk. En Adobe's interne diensten zijn echt zwaar belabberd vergeleken bij wat Amberscript presteert, wat een verschil. Ook zeer betaalbaar. Echt topdienst. Ik raad ze overal aan. En stiekem vind ik het ook heel mooi dat het een nederlands bedrijf is.

Ich würde total gerne eine bessere Bewertung abgeben, da ich unbedingt einen europäischen Transkribierungsdienst nutzen wollte, der DSGVO-konform ist und das belohnen wollte... Für mein Geld wurde ich leider ziemlich enttäuscht und sitze im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes schon Stunden daran, mein Transkript nun gerade zu ziehen. 7 Personen die berlinern sind vielleicht doch eine zu große Herausforderung für euch gewesen. Sehr schade..!
