The module hears and interprets the language well.
Easy to create text in to subtitles.

The website is informative and easy to navigate. As my first time, I tried one short automatic transcription in Italian which could be somewhere tricky. The output was amazingly good, delivering a text that needs manual corrections to recreate a flowing reading, but able to save lots of time compared to a transcription made on your own.

Esta aplicación resulta muy útil en trabajos de edición de video. Además de transcribir muy bien los clips en el idioma que seleccionas da la posibilidad de exportar el resultado en formato de edición de texto con marcas de tiempo y asignación de speakers.

After doing the demo Amberscript, I was really impressed with how easy and efficient it was to use. The platform quickly converted speech into text with high accuracy, saving me a lot of time compared to manual transcription. I also liked that it was user-friendly and simple to navigate, even for first-time users. The demo gave me confidence that this stool can help improve productivity, reduce errors, and make documentation much faster and more convenient.

Die Bearbeitung des Videos mit Transkriptionen und anschließendem Untertitel gegen einwandfrei und schnell von statten. Das Ergebnis war frei von Fehlern und gut eingefügt. Genauso muss so ein Dienst sein.

Amberscript makes transcribing easier by taking the audio and turning it into text. Going through the text there are some small errors which need to be corrected, but it does cut down the transcription time dramatically. Some features which could be improved on are: saving the place where you left off so you can easily start where you left off, short cuts to some editing features (for example, sometimes it confuses who is speaking and records reader 1 as reader 2. If you change that, it would be nice if the app was then able to better identify who is speaking based on your corrections. The highlighting feature is great as you can save some spots that are important before you even export the text. Having the ability to change the colour of the lightlight in order to begin identifying themes within the program would help cut down on time later as well.)

Accuraat. Alleen met 3 sprekers is het moeilijk.

The machine made transcription service is a huge time saver. I like that I can make a custom dictionary for specialized terms and that the editor makes it easy for me to tweak the transcript in places the machine didn't quite get the words right.

My biggest complaint with the machine transcription is how it often doesn't correctly identify when one speaker finishes and another begins. Even if the words are correct, it does take some time to modify the speakers and move a word or phrase from.

Even with that slight inconvenience, I have saved HOURS by using their service. It is super fast, convenient, and affordable for me and my clients. (I'm a freelance writer)

Based on my experience with Amberscript, I can say without a doubt that it's a handy tool for my work. Furthermore, it's easy to use, fast, and honest.

Easy question. I have been a client of Amberscript for maybe 10 years and will not say that it is perfect. But it is a great helping hand for those, like me, who do not have the time to wait for a perfect trascript. It is an instrument that is there, when you need it, and multiplies your efficiency manifold.

Edit: Amberscript heeft mij benaderd en heeft deels het probleem direct opgelost door de bestanden door te zetten. Dit is dus een opluchting. Aanvullend is er toegezegd om het te veel betaalde terug te boeken

Origineel: Op 19 juli 2025 betaalde ik twee keer €120 aan Amberscript voor transcripties van belangrijke interviews. Sindsdien:
- Geen facturen
- Mijn bestanden staan vast op “betaling vereist”
- E-mails genegeerd, telefoontjes worden elke keer afgebroken (10+ geprobeerd)

Hoe kan een bedrijf dat claimt “professioneel” te zijn zo omgaan met klanten?
Ik vraag Amberscript dringend om:
✅ Eén betaling (€120) terug te storten
✅ Mijn bestanden direct vrij te geven
✅ En eindelijk de facturen toe te sturen

Ich habe für 15 Euro Credits gekauft.
Konto wurde belastet und keine Credits bekommen.
Danach habe ich versucht direkt ein Transkript hochzuladen und zu zahlen, habe kein Transkript aber noch eine Rechnung bekommen.
30 Euro Rechnung und keine Credits oder Transkript

Kundenservice hat allerdings nach einem Tag die Credits gutgeschrieben

I love the way that I can work from home/remote. The feedback from Amberscript is great and that's why I am where I am at right now.

Vanwege de goede reviews een bestand van 2,5 uur met deze tool geprobeerd de transcriberen. Ik typ deze review terwijl ik voor de zoveelste keer minutenlang wacht tot de audio weer geladen is. Met pauzeren en verdergaan moet ik regelmatig lang wachten (ligt niet aan het internet). De transcriptie is ook niet accuraat, ik gok zo’n 60%, al zal dit in mijn geval te maken kunnen hebben met de audiokwaliteit. Het gebeurt trouwens ook regelmatig dat de auto er gewoon uitvliegt en ik weer moet zoeken waar ik gebleven was. Wat mij betreft helaas geen aanrader. Minimale tijdsbesparing, maximale irritatie en wel €45 kwijt. Ik zou verder kijken!

Update: uiteindelijk oplossing gekregen

I love to work for them. The team is nice and helpfull. Sometimes the editor is slow with long transcriptions.
