This was a nice surprise as I’d not spent much but still feel I received a vip service so Thankyou x

Fantastic shop, always keen to help out and superb service. Proactive team who do the maximum to secure products as soon as possible and always follow up if they don’t happen to be in stock.

Gorgeous store....I’ll be back for more...lovely warm and friendly and fantastic to remember a friend with her own candle such an amazing thing to do!

Absolutely lovely shop with beautiful products and friendly staff. Excellent customer service every time. Online ordering is quick and easy. I love that their candles are from natural ingredients and free from additives and animal ingredients.

Absolutely love this shop. Soo friendly and welcoming. Love going in and having a look at all the new little bits and pieces they have every so often. Have brought some really lovely things in there for myself, my daughter and gifts for others. Would highly recommend even just taking a little look inside.

Went above and beyond to make sure I received my order after the Royal Mail cocked up!

I would highly recommend Ambience Home. As well as having beautiful home accessories, they provide excellent customer service and respond very quickly to any queries. A pleasure to deal with!

What a beautiful shop. Very helpful people who are more than happy to help you choose the right items and explain about them.
Great website too, for the times you can't get there. The online ordering was easy and you are kept updated with the status of the order. The delivery was well packaged and arrived in just a few days. Beautiful products.
