When I called the help line, I had so many questions and kept changing my mind about what I wanted to do. Chris was so patient, answered my questions, and addressed my concerns. They send anybody to your home

Hired them for a cleaning that ended up being so subpar! The cleaner was late and extremely rude about it. She came in with a man whom I had no idea would be there. Their cleaning supplies also sucked!! They tried to leave without cleaning the showers
 just a mess. Would never hire them again!

Sherry: The Perfect Blend of Care and Cleaning Expertise

Working with Sherry has been especially wonderful. She makes me feel completely at ease with both my home and my belongings. There are times when I feel overwhelmed—like when I can’t find something—and she never makes me feel judged or like I’m being accusatory. Instead, she recognizes my stress and responds with patience and understanding.

She always stays calm and kind, even when I’m asking, “Where is this?” and it turns out I was the one who moved it. That level of professionalism and empathy really stands out. I’m very grateful for her help and highly recommend her.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud, they stole my money and I am trying to get back at least a part of it, but it does not look easy. I am also having trouble cancelling my payment method to prevent future undue charges on my credit card. I think eventually I will be force to press them with criminal charges to get out of this situations.

I received terrible services from Amenify. Don't use them!

I received terrible services from Amenify. I will never use them again. It's difficult, at best to receive a refund and their customer service is extremely poor. I'd advise you to not ever use this apartment cleaning service. The guarantee of services is a scam. The customer service reps are not easy to understand.

I submitted several pictures I thought to this review and not sure why they are not attached. I sent the same photos to Amenify five, six times upon their request. Anyway, I paid to have this company deep clean my bathroom and kitchen excluding the inside of cabinets. They did a fair job of cleaning the refrigerator. The oven was left dirty, the microwave was dirty as well as the tops of these items, the surfaces of items on the counter and the bottom oven drawer. The surfaces including the stacked washer and dryer was not wiped; soap and other scum remains on the wall of the shower as well as around the tub. The kitchen and bathroom floors were to be completed as well. I have received at least forty e-mail messages from the concierge requesting the same information. This is yet to be resolved. I have submitted a review and complaint to the BBB and requested a full refund for guaranteed services. I will NEVER use this service again so a credit of $20.00 is not to my advantage and especially because the company was paid more than this,

polite and professional terrible cleaning skills

Team was polite and professional, however the deep cleaning service was terrible. Surface level at best. I had to clean after the cleaners left. They only stayed for 2 out of the 4 hours I paid for. Doors and wall plates dirty, baseboards not clean, crumbs still under couch cushions. Stains on floor by couch still, corners not clean.

I've ordered from them twice the first


I've ordered from them twice the first time took two and a half hours for my food to get delivered and they delivered it to the wrong address they gave me a $20 credit so I thought I should try one more time now it's 4 hours later and the orders has not been put in

Untrustworthy Cleaners and TERRIBLE customer service

I booked a move-out cleaning in Huntington Beach, CA, and Amenify assigned someone named “name removed”. She showed up last minute with no communication about when she would arrive. I only requested a deep clean of the kitchen and bathroom and left a large cash tip because I wouldn’t be around during the cleaning due to moving.

“Name removed” told me she had a birthday party in “location removed” that night. I wished her happy birthday to her friend and left her to clean. One hour later, she said she was done. When I decided to double-check the cleaning before losing access to my apartment, I discovered that she had done nothing. The apartment was exactly how I left it, except for a wet sponge in the sink.

I contacted her, and she didn’t respond until the next morning, claiming she would come back, but I no longer had access to the apartment. I filed a complaint with Amenify, and they initially refused a refund because the cleaner showed up. I had to re-explain everything multiple times, provide photos, and call them at least five times. After endless back-and-forth, they finally refunded me.

However, I still lost the large cash tip I gave “name removed”, and I was charged my apartment building’s obscene cleaning fee because of her negligence.

DO NOT USE AMENIFY. Their cleaners are untrustworthy, and their customer service is a nightmare. The bad reviews exist for a reason.

The 1st cleaning bad, fraud is worse

The 1st cleaning went bad - broken furniture and missed areas of cleaning. When I asked for the service to be canceled, after going back and forth and disputing lies with photos I provided, they finally agreed to refund November and cancel my service. That never happened and now they are still charging me this month. I am reporting fraud with the emails to prove it to my back and BBB.

If they can not manage their API services and simple marketing opt out functionalities that can cause legal trouble, I wouldn't trust them to clean your apartment.

Not Worth It - Avoid

Please skip out on the benefits of this company. They are unorganized when it comes to outsourcing their help. Even the cleaner who showed up the first time was unsure of what was all required for a deep clean. I did appreciate that she had another person with her to deep clean given that I’m paying close to $200 dollars (this was promo price by the way). I was not impressed with the window of time which is supposedly 8-1 but really they showed up at 3 and stayed till 6 pm. The cleaners did a great job cleaning the first go around. But also we were there during the clean (annoying but like c’mon we had no idea when they were showing up). The second clean it was one cleaner, same woman, and I had to step in and help and some spots were missed. This company wants to credit me 55 dollars when all I ask if that I pay full price for this second cleaning and then cancel the third cleaning.

To be clear, I’m not upset with the cleaner, I think the company is poorly run. Avoid their services. You are better off googling someone locally.

Amenify Company missed 2 scheduled


Amenify Company missed 2 scheduled appointments for bathroom deep clean and stove/ oven cleaning. Michael from Amenify assured me that the cleaner would be there at the next scheduled appointment. Lo and behold, the company did not arrive on time but was 2 hours late again. I was out of town and had a family member waiting. After 1.5 hours my family had to leave. The leasing office let the cleaner in. I never heard anything else from the company. I return home 1 week later and it appears that the bathroom had not been touched and the stove top was wiped off, but the inside of the stove was not cleaned at all.

They will do a bad job, then deny it.

Like many others, I paid for a “move out cleaning”. I left the apartment in good shape- all the “pro” had to do is basic cleaning and follow their own check list.
Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, the floors were not cleaned, the refrigerator was not cleaned at all, the cabinets not cleaned out and basically the rest was a poorly done rinse. I complained multiple times and provided required pictures as proof. The person said “it’s not that bad”- exactly what does that mean?? The pro said she did everything on their own checklist but clearly she did not. They refused even a partial refund the $191 I paid, instead offering less than half the amount payable only if I retained an active subscription and use the funds for more services.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RIPOFF COMPANY. I wish I’d seen this before buying any service from Amenify.
