I am very pleased and satisfied with the care I have received. Liane and Sarah have great personalities and are polite at all visits. Despite considerable personal care being involved, they have treated me with respect and maintained my dignity. They are both positive and have worked extremely hard encouraging me to carry out everyday tasks and instilling confidence.

My mum was discharged from hospital with care package with amg. The first time carers were harley and morgan. 2nd time Lisa sharon leah and Wendy. Absolutely amazing. Caring proffessional . Treated mum with dignity . They have also been very supportive to me. These carers and the company are outstanding couldn't wish for better people looking after my mum. Thanks everyone. I would like say myself and my husband and my mum Mary are very pleased to have AMG back to care for my mum
The very first visit was a few weeks ago and Letitia i think her name is was the first one to come we were told by the the hospital discharge team that a carer would be out a couple of hours we had got my mum home and within 45 minutes to an hour Letitia arrived she was very good i can’t remember all the carers names one was nicole she was lovely aswell about 5 days before the carers would stop visiting my mum as the 21 days would have been up then she was admitted back in hospital the carer that night was Sonia she was very concerned about my mum she rang me telling me of her concerns i rang 111 and we had to take my mum back to the hospital if it hadn’t been for Sonia acting so quick to ring me we could have lost my mum according to the hospital Sonia saved my mums life by ringing me as quickly as she did expressing her concerns and we are very grateful to her for that also Megan who visited my mum one day was great she even sat and talked to my mum for 10 minutes and Holly who came at weekends and also Wendy have been great they have all been amazing
Then when my mum ended back up in the hospital 5 days before her care ended Sonia rang me a day or 2 after asking how my mum was and Holly rang the hospital no other carer would have done what any of the AMG Carers have done
Then just before my mum was discharged social care rang me and i told them we would love to have AMG back we were so relieved and happy when Sonia who was the first carer to arrive walked through the door the smile on our faces were priceless because we had got AMG back that was the happiest i had been in the last 11 days
We are so grateful for AMG for all they have done the first time and are doing this time… My mum can be very awkward sometimes but she knows deep down they are there to help her get her independance and confidence back then on the saturday when Holly walked in we thought wow the same carers who visited my mum are back the ones who my mum was settled with and the carers who know my mums needs
Thank you AMG for all you have done for my mum the first time and doing this time for her and thank you for being friends with her dog Cooper we know he barks when you walk in but he soon goes and lays down when any of you say Cooper go in there and lay down he loved your visits
My personal opinion of AMG is they are all amazing and to be honest they deserve a pride of brittain award

Horrendous experience with this company. Completely heartless and cruel. They don't even follow their own complaints procedure - 0 Stars

millie hall and chelsea read are the most pleasent girls that have looked after me with my time eith amg. They go above and beyond for me and have done since they have been coming together. very pleased.

Zoe and Step are always polite and hard working. It is a pleasure to be under their care.

Staff are amazing. Turn up within timescales. Friendly professional can not do enough for mum and always ask if I need anything doing when I’m there
Mum loves them all and has a laugh and a home with them
She’s always lovely and clean bed changed when needed Pyjamas changed almost daily no corners cut

Excellent service and super friendly staff! My previous care company closed very suddenly, but AMG stepped up admirably. The carers all make me feel safe and valued, taking the time to entertain me with interesting chats.

My review is for AMG Chester branch,
I’ve worked for the company at this branch for nigh on 13 year (unbroken)
The length of time I’ve worked there must indicate that they are a good company to work for.
Which they, this is a people led business and it shows by the people we are being led by.
From the care Co-ordinators ,case managers all way up to the office manager.
Nothing is to much trouble, from ppe, to extra training if you think there is something that might benefit our clients. Plus there’s the personal side, bereavement is one of the unfortunate things that occurs with great frequency , but Donna (the manager) and the rest of the office. Are there as an emotional crutch if required.
It’s not all doom and gloom we have many fund raising efforts and 98% of our clients and their families in the district are an absolute joy to work.
On closing an office only runs as good as the person running it , and we have a gem in Donna ,she has worked in the community herself, and so understands the trials and tribulations of care work in the community.

Staff are hardworking and friendly, with lovely clients

The compassion, care and kindness that Margaret, Harsita, Jane and Ella have shown to our family during this difficult time, is praiseworthy.
Their dedication, professionalism and ongoing commitment to our Mum, will always be gratefully received, remembered and recognised by our family.
Our experience has always been truly astounding and we couldn’t imagine a life without you! The ladies have all become an important, integral and fundamental part of our daily lives, and we’d feel lost without you.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and you always make us feel valued, understood and respected.
We are immensely proud of the team and your tireless efforts to provide the highest quality of service and care to our Mum, and wider family!

We were incredibly fortunate to have Amanda provide care for my husband following his knee surgery. My husband is non-verbal and disabled due to a stroke many years ago, so finding someone who could truly connect with him was very important to us. From the moment she arrived, she showed genuine warmth, patience, and compassion.

She not only met his physical care needs with professionalism and attention to detail, but she also went above and beyond to lift his spirits. Her kind and cheerful personality always brought a smile to his face, and it was heartwarming to see how she could make him laugh and engage with her despite his communication challenges.

Amanda fit right in with our family—our children absolutely adored her and always looked forward to her visits. She created such a positive and comforting atmosphere in our home, and we all missed her dearly when her time with us came to an end.

We cannot thank her enough for the wonderful care and companionship she provided. She is an exceptional carer with a true gift for what she does, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, reliable, and heartfelt care.

Sue from A M G came to attend Me on my return from hospital, I was not walking, and she gave me encouragement to do things I didn't think possible, she was very kind and patient, and I never felt pushed, over the weeks I gradually found my confidence return. I know Sue gave me the encouragement I needed along with the other carers, feel I will make a positive recovery thank you so much

We have found the care that AMG have given my Husband very good, all carers have done a great job especially Mitch & Kerry who from day 1 have been very professional and thorough in the care they have given. They have made us feel comfortable and confident in the care they have given.

Serena Jenkins deserves a medal! She never once made me feel a bother. She was a very nice lady.

Jane, Ella, Margaret and Hasita have been incredibly caring and compassionate with my father's care in the last 10 weeks since his discharge from hospital. We really appreciate all the support we have received from all the carers involved in my dad's care and will dearly miss their presence. Thank you again for everything from all of the family.
