Jane, Ella, Margaret and Hasita have been incredibly caring and compassionate with my father's care in the last 10 weeks since his discharge from hospital. We really appreciate all the support we have received from all the carers involved in my dad's care and will dearly miss their presence. Thank you again for everything from all of the family.

Professional carers and sympathetic to my wife’s needs.

AMG have been looking after my grandad for the past 12 months. The team of carers are fantastic. Very caring and considerate to all of the families needs. I would give them 6 stars if I could! Thank you!

The staff blocked the turning point when asked to keep clear was rude and not nice would not what them in my home

AMG have been coming to care for my mum for approximately the last 6 weeks after she came out of hospital on a re-enablement programme.

The care given has been truly amazing. A number of carers have been and looked after my mother during this time. I work from home and therefore see the carers in action.

I can honestly say they are all lovely but I must say a big special thanks to Diane and Sandra for going the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble. I am really going to miss them and so is my mum. Thank you so very much ❤️

Harsita was wonderful with my husband Elroy today , showers him kept chatting to him. Made him at ease.

Positives- staff are helping me become more independent and confident also help me with my batch cooking when I’m feeling well and take me for activities which helps my mental health.
Care staff are lovely, especially Dani and the new staff Clare and Collette are too.
It is good how I can get 24/7 care if needed.

Negatives- poor communication from office staff with my family which can be frustrating.
Problems accessing the app.
Some care staff seem to be nervous still when I’m having seizures - as I know when I’m having a non verbal seizure but can still hear, where as other staff I feel are confident which makes me feel more at ease.

AMG continues to provide a good service to my husband, Alan Hendon. The carers live up to their name; they care. We mentioned Susan P in a previous review and she continues to shine but we should also like to say that Rachel is also brilliant. We consider the two as the A Team and we thank them both.

Lilly and Charlie looked after Tom today they were great so organised and so polite thank you both.

AMG Looked after my Grandma in her final years. She was treated with dignity, respect and looked forward to her care visits. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The care Ive received has been wonderful Sue .P especially she is an outstanding Carer who genuinely cares about you and nothing is too much trouble for her she is sooo kind patient and a lovely lady always cheerful and I feel sooo much better when she has been to see me.

Margaret, Harsita, Ella and Jane... these ladies have made life for my husband, Ifor Jones, very comfortable. It has been much easier for him to accept using a bed, a mobo lift etc because of the way he feels after their visits.

Fantastic care they always come with a smile and they goes the extra mile, to make my dads care the best. Very happy the staff are so caring & lovely

My partner was discharged 2 weeks ago from hospital after suffering a stroke. Most of the carers are wonderful, friendly and polite. He now has 2 calls a day morning and evening. I've asked the office on several occasions if his morning call could be before 10am as he has physiotherapy at home, alot of the times the carer does turn up on time but on some occasions I've had to get him up and dressed which puts a strain on me as I suffer with osteoarthritis in my spine and neck. On one occasion I telephoned at 11.30 to be told the carer had been which she hadn't.
The bed calls vary from 7pm and as late as 10.30pm.
He has different carers which is frustrating as I then have to explain how to help him mobilise and support him, and how to put his leg splint on before he stands up.

I have been meaning to go this review for a while. It has been extremely difficult time for myself and my husband, who is in his 60s to accept that he needed carers due to his condition. I have to hi-light the care that Leah, Sharon and Lisa have given him . They look after him excellently in all aspects, 10/10 and the best carers at AMG .

The carers are so passionate about the wellbeing of my wife and are so gentle with her.
They explain everything that they are doing and constantly remind her that she is doing so well through all of this.
It is so welcoming to see that there are truly genuine people out there who care and would highly recommend

All carers are outstanding and have made my mums return home seem less with outstanding care. Trish and a Rachel are particularly meticulous and antispate potential problems from being in bed and go the extra mile for her care.
Both Trish and Rachel have made mums first experience of care an enjoyable experience. She was very anxious about returning home from hospital but they have made her feel at ease and in the best state of mind to aid her recovery back to health. Thank you

As with most companies, hospital discharge package hit and miss with some carers in and out as quickly as possible, and some quite poor standard. We did have Sarah, Zara and Wendy regularly after I complained, and they are absolutely brilliant. They are thorough, caring, professional, and go the extra mile to support my husband in his recovery from a stroke, spending time encouraging him to mobilise and rehabilitate, which he needs,whereas some of the others were happy to do his pc in bed and get out of the door as quickly as possible. Sarah, Zara and Wendy, also mindfull of visiting times to help us as much as possible, where others left him for hours, then turned up 45 minures later. These 3 girls are wonderful

Cayley & Clare. Called today for morning and lunch calls. Superb service. Care and dedication to their jobs. Provide excellent care and well being to my wife. Treated her with dignity and understanding whilst supervising her medical needs. They are a true inspiration to all other carers

We are having so much care and help from our dedicated carers Megan and Sereena. Devotion to their careers speaks for itself. A massive “thank you” to you both for making our lives that little bit easier. Very best of wishes from Norma and Stan Brint
