My fixed mortgage rate was coming to an end. In Feb 2024 I contacted Mr Colum Cleary, a mortgage broker for a mortgage.
I told him my fixed mortgage rate needs to be renewed and I need a better product. He was so fast in searching for the best product and sent my application to my mortgage lender.
He was so efficient. The transfer to the new rate was done quickly. I was very impressed with his service. He went above and beyond and applied for the extension of my mortgage term.
I have used Mr Colum Cleary and his colleague, Mr Laurence Robins previously. Both were excellent. That is why whenever I need a mortgage broker I always contact these two. They are professional, quick and their communication is excellent and friendly. And they always have time to answer questions. If you are looking for a dedicated mortgage broker I would totally recommend A Morgage Now.

I was staying with my lender but needed a new rate, and I had actually done this on line with my lender. But as I still had 6 maths before my rate change if I wanted to I could chose a new rate. But my lenders on line app would not let me see if better rates were available, I had to ring them, and I hate ringing banks. I found Lawrence on line and he said, I can do it all for you and will let you know when new rates come out. And he did just that, the process was so easy, there was no hassle. Think my rate dropped about 4 times in the 6 months, so well worth contacting him. Great service.
