Lawrence took all the stress out of dealing with my new mortgage, will use this company again on renewal

I was looking for a better rate for a remortgage with the same lender, and Lawrence manged to reduce the rate in a moment. It was all very painless and Lawrence was very helpful! Glad that I found the firm and will use them in the future, when I can.

I was sceptical that I needed a broker as I was only remortgaging with the same provider. I thought I knew what I wanted. The advisor who focussed solely on that lender was very helpful and some of his advice and suggestions made a considerable difference to what happened in the end. His most valuable suggestion was to ask the lender to use their database to give a new current valuation. The value was increased by several thousands and this brought us under and into a different percentage of equity for our buy to let.
The paperwork was extremely muddled and confusing but this was The Mortgage Works fault for being unclear.

Lawrence has done everything I required and more regarding a Birmingham Midshires product transfer. He was easy to contact, quick to respond to my queries, sorted the new product as fast as I could sign it and he has now promptly contacted me as the rates have dropped so that I can secure a better deal.

We needed a product transfer due to an end in our discounted rate. A transfer was arranged quickly to the best product available at that time.

A couple of days later Lawrence came back to us to let us know that the lender had just released a new product which was offering a better rate than the one we'd taken. As we were in the 'cooling off' period we were able to cancel that arrangement and move to the better product. So we're looking forward to achieving a significant saving over the term.
