I used Amphlett Lissimore for the sale of my flat, and purchase of my new property. I can't overstate how impressed I’ve been with Xhesika Xhemajli, who has been the conveyancing executive working my sale/purchase. Throughout the whole process, Xhesika has been pragmatic and a calm, even when my buyers solicitors have frankly been useless. Her advice to me has always been clear, and her communication excellent – unlike the conveyancer who I worked with when I first purchased my flat, Xhesika responded to every email I sent, answered every call I made, and returned all missed calls within a couple of hours. It has made the whole process so much smoother than I expected, and I’m incredibly grateful to her and Jasmine for their work on this. While they may be a bit more expensive than some national conveyancing firm, it is absolutely worth the money for the peace of mind if gives you that everything is being done correctly.

While I do not plan to purchase a new property any time soon, based on this experience, I would not hesitate to use Amphlett Lissimore in the future.
