I was referred to Amphlett Lissimore (West Wickham branch) by my mortgage advisor and I could not recommend them enough.

I primarily liaised with Amanda Carr who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, which was especially appreciated as a first time buyer. I was kept sufficiently updated throughout the lengthy process it took from exchange to completion (through no fault of Amphlett Lissimore), and Amanda went above and beyond in order to ensure I completed prior to my mortgage offer expiring. Additionally, any other member of the team I came into contact with (particularly Jasmine Dunn) conveyed the same level kindness and helpfulness which made this challenging process just that little bit easier.

In future I would not hesitate to instruct them again!

Our sale was far from straightforward. However, Xhesika and Nicola were incredibly persistent and proactive in keeping things moving and doing everything they could to push the transaction towards exchange and completion. They consistently went above and beyond, chased matters when necessary, and never made us feel like we were just another case on a conveyancing pipeline.

Communication was exceptional throughout.
