I have received expired order.
The money has been refunded in a short time, they really care !!

I ordered a present a week from Christmas, a perfume that was sold out everywhere else, from Amsons. I called the next day to find out if I would receive it in time. Saad picked up the phone straight away, was aware of the order, and kindly assured me it would be with the the following day. It was.

I ordered umrah mubarak hampers online. Although they didn't have the ones that I wanted in stock, they did their best to accommodate and give me good alternatives. And very courteous with delivery. The recipients loved their hampers.

I ordered online and received the right size and product. The customer service was amazing,
The dress I ordered was also very beautiful and exactly like the picture.

Good communication, quick delivery and quality of product. Brilliant scent.

My queries were dealt with promptly after I emailed them. But I think they need a better system so customers can track orders and they should email customers if there are issues instead of a text. Also there should be contact number and email address on the Invoice with which customers can contact them easily. The website also seems to be under construction or something. With these things sorted I will be happier purchasing from them again as the process is more clear.

First time buying something online and wasn't sure about what i wanted, spoke to the store Via Email who reassured me regarding sizes of the Jubbahs. Order was despatched quickly and perfect fit.

Order no. Am100071 made a large order of £140 online. The store happily took payment but could not even contact me to tell me every item was out of stock. Eventually someone partially replied on whats app and when I asked where my order was they said it was out of stock as soon as I asked for a refund the store stopped replying to me. Had to try contact them yet again using my husbands phone as soon as I requested a refund they stopped replying again. Will be contacting the financial ombudsman and also my bank for a refund. The company needs shutting down… not so halal sadly.

Please note: 0 attempts were made to notify me that anything was out of stock… no replies to any of my emails or my messages directly on the website nor the direct chat link on your website and the what’s app messages were hit and miss.. also more review on here state the same regarding refunds..
please take some time to educate yourself in customer service I’m sure it will help your business on a whole..

Great dealing

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
THE PRAYER MAT WAS KEPT OUTSIDE ON THE GARDEN DOOR.
IT RAINED AND THE WHOLE PRAYER MAT WAS DRENCHED.
WE HAD TO WRING THE WATER OUT FROM THE MAT AND DRY IS BUT NOT THE SAME.
VERY UPSET AND DISSAPPOINTED

The shop has amazing customer service to deliver products in a timely manner and keep you informed. Saad has been an absolute gem to support me with my orders. I highly recommend purchasing from amsons.

I accidentally booked the second class delivery option, quietly kicking myself about it. Yet the item was despatched promptly and came miraculously the day before it was needed. It was a lovely wedding gift and had pride of place at the ceremony. Delighted with the whole experience.

Year's ago, after finishing Sister's lessons on a Saturday, I remember going into Amson's. Looking for a new hijab and matching undercap. Being shy, to approach the brother's, asking them if I could smell some new attar. Buying Zam Zam water, miswak. Educational books on interesting subjects catered towards the Muslimah. Especially related to 'becoming a righteous wife!
Now Year's later, I still support Amson's by purchasing the latest new hijab etc. The brother's go above and beyond to please their customers. Always courteous, mindful and knowledgeable. Once or twice I have received a call regarding an order. Telling me that a scarf or something else is out of stock. And would I like another colour or a refund. I really appreciated being told that I had a choice. I am satisfied and pleased with my purchases. I recommend Amson's to those preferring a more personal customer experience. Especially new Muslims with regards to furthering their knowledge of Quran and Sunnah!
