Had a badly liquid damaged Microsoft Surface Laptop. I am a returning customer who has been inspired by Raj's enthusiasm for fixing his customers' tech. They spent alot of time fixing and cleaning the laptop when most outfits would not have bothered investing the time. Very grateful and will return if I have issues with any equipment

My Fusion Drive failed in my iMac, so a technician at Apple suggested I go to Analogic as I could get an upgrade for less money than a standard replacement with Apple. All my data was recovered and put on a new fitted ssd. Also a small hardware repair done while the computer was open for under a 5th of the price Apple quoted a couple of years ago.
Brilliant customer service and constant communication, I will bypass Apple and come straight here from now on.

i can see raj is very passionate with his work. he has a couple of other guys in the back office that seem nice too.
he diagnosed and replaced my hard drive which revived my old imac.
neither of us wanted to throw it away, and now it is back working, and at a moderate worth while cost. cheers

Amazing experience with Analogic. Friendly and helpful on the initial call. Raj has excellent knowledge and great customer care, him and his team brought dead macbook back to life after it been written off by Apple. Had such a great experience that I went back to get my ipad fixed.

Analogic offer knowledgeable, friendly, professional advice and service, and at a fair price. Raj has repaired (and revived) several Macs for me now. Highly recommended!

I’ve been relying on Raj and his team at Analogic Computers for many years. The customer service has always been polite, understanding, and thoroughly professional. The work they have done has always been exceptional and excellent value. I greatly depend on my laptop as a freelancer so I when something goes wrong, it must be repaired quickly and efficiently, Analogic has done this every time. Their professionalism and honesty means they are the only company trust my computers with. I can confidently recommend them very highly.

Not even worth 1 star. Charged me over £250. Kept changing price charging. In my opinion, a scam operation.

Gave me back my computer not working, changed my computer's graphics card - my original was one of the best graphic cards around and replaced it WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. Was not part of any repair they were supposed to be carrying out.

Impossible to discuss anything. FINALLY SAID THEY WOULD FORWARD ON PAPERWORK BREAKDOWN FOR HUGE MONEY I PAID. HAVE NOT. PAID £45 FOR DIAGNOSTIC TEST - NEVER CARRIED OUT THEREFORE IN MY OPINION ANOTHER SCAM.

Outstanding service from Raj and his team at a very reasonable cost. I thought I'd finally finished off my long suffering Macbook Air with a coffee spill across the keyboard, which together with a fading battery had me facing a large bill for a new Mac. Thanks to Analogic I now have a new keyboard and battery for a fraction of the price of a new Mac. It now works as well as new.

Outstanding repairs to replace the screen on my iPad and change the battery on my laptop. Price was very reasonable and turnaround time great. Both repairs flawless.

I have a trusted and sturdy iphone 6S+. The phone was struggling and the battery seemed to be failing. I was searching to find somewhere that would do the job, promptly. Once the battery had been ordered and we had agreed a time window that would enable me to manage without the phone adequately the job was done beautifully. Service was courteous throughout and instilled confidence. I am grateful to have found Raj and his team and will definitely be using them again for my two Macbooks Pro.

I recently had my grandson’s iPad repaired at Analogic. The screen had fractured. I compared prices in and around Kingston. There was one place that was a lot cheaper but I was not sure that the job would be done well or with the correct replacement part.

The customer service I received was friendly and it instilled a sense of confidence that all would be well. The iPad was duly repaired. I would highly recommend any iPad repairs to be carried out by this company.

The staff at Analogic have been consistently helpful as I've considered and then made some vintage hardware purchases. When I've had issues the owner took the time to talk me through the likely causes and genuinely went above and beyond his obligations. When I ordered online rather than in person packing and dispatch was prompt with the board arriving the very next day.

Raj and his team have been helping us with repairs and upgrades to our Apple laptops and PCs for some years now. The service is always superb - excellent, friendly and prompt! They recently fixed my MacBook Air and supplied a completely upgraded iMac. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service that reassured me throughout the whole process of getting my computer repaired. Raj is very friendly, detail-oriented and customer-focused, accommodating our every needs and is willing to go out of his way to give us the best experience possible.

Analogic quickly resolved an issue with my PC operating system. I was informed however that its performance would be improved drastically with a component upgrade. I was skeptical at first but I was shocked when I booted it for the first time, it runs so much faster and smoother than I thought possible.

Analogic is a first class reliable company having provided excellent service over several years, solving many of our problems. Raj’s positive attitude is a plus as is their number of customer car parking spaces in a quiet corner of busy Kingston.

Very competently fixed my black screen issue with my 2012 macbook pro. You can see from their pristinely cleaned office what kind of work ethics they have. Raj the owner is just a top guy, well travelled, well dressed and well protected with PPE in the current pandemic.

Above, all, the quality service and smooth customer experience comes with a very reasonable price to get my laptop up and running again.
