Analogic is a first class reliable company having provided excellent service over several years, solving many of our problems. Raj’s positive attitude is a plus as is their number of customer car parking spaces in a quiet corner of busy Kingston.

These guys are awesome!

Very competently fixed my black screen issue with my 2012 macbook pro. You can see from their pristinely cleaned office what kind of work ethics they have. Raj the owner is just a top guy, well travelled, well dressed and well protected with PPE in the current pandemic.

Above, all, the quality service and smooth customer experience comes with a very reasonable price to get my laptop up and running again.

Customer service and customer relations at its best

Great service, great company who go above and beyond. Every now and then somebody goes out of their way to help you and today was that day.

I purchased a 21inch iMac advertised by Analogic on eBay. The communications with the company were good, and delivery was smooth and quick. The item was exactly as described. Have now been using the iMac for nearly 2 months and it has fulfilled all my expectations. I would certainly use the company again.

I have now had two separate MacBooks repaired here. Both times the service was excellent, and the staff were willing to fix few lingering niggles in addition.

Imac Repair and subsequent assistance.

My iMac disc stopped working and it was repaired by Analogic.
However I was unable to get the Imac working properly due to my lack of IT skills. Particularly needed help with passwords, linking to iPhone and ipad.

Raj of Analogic provided assistance so that now all connections are in place and it is working well and quicker and better than before.

Had a hard drive fault on a Macbook Pro laptop. Analogic diagnosed the problem and explained everything and put forward a decent quote for the work. Gave them the go ahead, the laptop was fixed and returned all cleaned and as good as new. Highly recommend Analogic, have used their service before and will probably seek out their service in the future.

I was careful to identify the exact model number and revision for a replacement screen that I required. I found an exactly matching listing on eBay from Analogic Computers, so I ordered it. When it arrived I immediately checked the label on it and to my surprise it was a different model number and revision, so I called Analogic for an explanation expecting them to investigate. I was told that I should not be concerned because I had been sent a compatible model, so I proceeded to install it, but with difficulty because its brackets were in the wrong location. After I emailed feedback about this I was asked to return the screen then a replacement with the correct brackets would be sent to me, but it was already too late for me to return it in as new condition. My only request to Analogic was to either delete their eBay listing for this item or show the item as Out of Stock. I've subsequently checked the listing and it still shows the same model details that misled me. The image provided has changed slightly, now showing a screen with brackets in the correct position, but a closer look at the label on that screen reveals a different model number to the listing.

In record time and with a reasonable price they fixed my Mac laptop, repaired the hard drive and restored all the data and files.

Raj was super helpful - he would listen carefully and be flexible to solve the issue. Very professional and yet informal.

Many thanks to Raj and the team. Very friendly serivice. They have managed to keep my 2012 macbook pro alive after 8 years!

There is easy parking on site so no need to go into the bental centre.

You are always greeted with a smile and given honest advice.

I managed to accidentally break the screen on my laptop, I found Analogic online, there was a number of replacement screens that could be suitable but I wasnt too sure. I called then for their advice having already removed the broken screen, the staff I spoke with were very helpfull and established which was the correct screen. I ordered the correct screen whilst on the phone and received it promptly the next day! it is a very good quality image screen. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service and item I received. Thank you Analogic

Great service. Ordered Friday for next day, expected it to come on the Monday but arrived on the Saturday. Highly recommended.

i contacted analogic computers for advice abut repairing my laptop. i was given good professional advice and more importantly the listened to my request and carried out the work i asked for.

Great place for Mac repairs and upgrades. We've used them twice now, excellent service and all done on site.

I had a Mac computer that broke down while I was with an Apple technical assistant over the phone. I lost all my files and data. Apple couldn’t help. I took it into london to a data recovery company and they gave me a quote of £500 with no guarantee. So I ended up not using it for ten years. I heard from a friend last year that this company has helped to retrieve her old laptop at a decent price. At this point I had also forgotten my login password and again after a few tries with apple they had let me down and not managed to help at all but offered to pay me £50 and recycle it.
After taking it to the business owner Raj. He had not only been great at introducing himself and listening to my story but he also managed to give my iMac back to with a latest fastest drive running on it and now me and my 9 year Son are using a top of a range computer at home which was fixed and reused at a small cost.
Not only that I had all my data back but all photos and family recording that was so precious to me.
I was very impressed to learn that Raj also looks after his customers. I had a call from him a week later and he asked for my feedback and he has been more that supportive so I then decided to take a Sony laptop to him that was previously owned by my husband and I had tried to use it but it was slow and the mouse pad wasn’t working. Again I was impressed that he handed back to me with latest, fastest version of Desktop installed on it.
I have always supported the idea of reusing an object that either had a sentimental value or can be fixed to be perfectly used like a brand new one.
I certainly felt that I somehow helped to save the planet by not having them thrown out but managed to used them for myself and my two kids who had always use an iPad and had now needed to use a real keyboard.
I do recommend Analogic Computers as your first and last stop to get help and fix your computers. These ginormous brands like apple only care to sell you more and they really don’t want to have a cost on their hands for fixing your broken devices.
