However poor service from courier. Parcel left at collection point without consultation.
Collection point initially stated parcel not recd.

Fast prompt delivery - excellent service

Ordered shoes on line, received confirmation and then waited for several days for dispatch notification. Instead got phone call advising last pair sold and shoe style discontinued. They did dispatch similar pair by same manufacturer eventually, but it all took a while to sort out.

Ordered a pair of Cheaney Oxfords from Anand. The shoes came with complimentary wooden shoe trees and a tin of quality polish. The ordering process and delivery time was great however the shoes arrived with a nick out of the leather which I was not happy with on a new pair of shoes. Anand could not have been more helpful- they immediately arranged a new pair to be sent to me directly from Cheaney and paid the return postage for the damaged pair. Order with confidence from Anand Shoes, they really are a first class retailer with outstanding customer service.
