Today my visit to Ancaster, was truly amazing! 1st class customer service from Vanessa, Anita and Eddie! Nothing was too hard for either of them to do! I have been recommending Ancaster to family and friends, who are extremely happy!

Anita was absolutely amazing 👏
She took me through everything and was understanding and helpful especially as I suffer from anxiety.
Anita helped me pick a car that was suitable for my progressive rheumatoid arthritis.
Checking I was able to get in and out easily and that I understood driving an automatic car. I always drove a manual before.
I cannot state how great Anita was to me.
If I could give her a million stars I would in a heartbeat.

The process of purchasing my vehicle was smooth and straightforward. Jurie was helpful throughout, ensuring that everything was handled efficiently. Communication was clear, and any questions I had were addressed promptly. The paperwork and final handover went without issue, which made the experience much easier than anticipated.
I am pleased with how things were managed and would consider returning for future purchases due to this experience.

The process turned out to be really straightforward. Special thank you to Barry- he was very professional and friendly, making everything feel much easier than we expected. He kept us updated throughout and was quick to reply whenever we had questions. It felt like things were handled promptly, which took a lot of stress off us. I recently purchased a car and found the process smooth and well organised. The staff didn’t pressure me at any point and allowed me to take my time when making decisions. Everything, including handling the payments, was straightforward and effective. It all went as expected without any hassle.

MG Main Dealer 1st Service
Booked the service online, and within two days, I received a follow-up call to confirm. Dropping off the car was straightforward, and booking in was handled smoothly. I was kept informed throughout and notified when the car was ready for collection. Picking it up went without any problems, and all paperwork was provided. My only small observation is that previous dealerships I’ve used cleaned the car before returning it, which wasn’t done here despite being a main dealer.

I visited Ancaster Hyundai Croydon and found the dealership to be clean and professional. The atmosphere felt welcoming, which helped me feel more at ease since I was a bit unsure initially. Everything seemed well organised, from the layout of the showroom to how they managed appointments. I also appreciated that they gave honest advice without making me feel pressured into anything. It made the experience much less stressful than I expected, and I left feeling confident in my decisions.

Grossly disappointed with the sale…
Grossly disappointed with the sale service. I was immediately withdrawn the feedback link because they are aware of the dissatisfaction. Important information was withheld from the sale, only found out after I sign the papers. I felt tricked into buying a car, with different specifications. No letter of apology. Very much disappointed with the management.

The team took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which made the process much smoother. It was nice that Edward Suares reintroduced himself after several years, and his promotion seems well-deserved. However, the showroom seating could be more comfortable during longer visits.

I would like to thank Katie Prince (Ancaster Nissan Slough), for her outstanding customer service throughout this process. She was extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Katie managed to arrange a courtesy car for us on the very same day, which meant we could continue with our daily commitments without major disruption.
She has been supportive and responsive throughout the entire period while our car has been at the dealership due to a software issue. Her communication, dedication, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
