andys autoparts レビュー

Article d'excellent qualité, le colis est arrivé très bien emballé.
Je recommanderais dans mon groupe ce vendeur.

Ordered a painted mirror cap and an indicator lense. Delivery wasn’t the quickest but Andy’s were good to answer my enquiry. Parts fitted perfectly even though I was expecting few problems being non OE parts and the Ford deep impact blue matched more than well enough. All things considered these prices are much more favourable than dealer prices so would recommend all day long.

When looking for a wing mirror I asked a few questions and they were answered quickly. I ordered the item but delivery didn't happen as expected but when I asked about where it was, again they responded quickly stating that they would resolve the issue, which they have done in a timely manner. The item is now fitted and meets my requirements exactly.

Great company to deal with, and good colour match on the item we brought

Parts arrived as promised

I would highly recommend this company. They kept me updated regarding delivery & responded quickly to emails. I would definitely buy again as & when the need arises.

Great communication when there was a delay in my car part delivery. Sorted and received item a couple of days later. Thank you.

The part I ordered was correct and arrived in good time

Ordered a mirror, never arrived. Wished I read these reviews first he is famous for taking money and never sending the goods. Looking at fraud through the police or county court judgement to recover money back!

We were amazed that Andys Autoparts had what we required to complete our renovation of a 20 year old car. Ordering was a simple process, price was good and the customer service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Andy's Autoparts supplied a wing mirror cover which was a perfect match for my grey pearl effect Audi. Delivery problems were sorted promptly when notified and the part is good value for money. Highly recommended.

I finally found the perfect replacement mirror cap in an unusual colour at Andy’s. It took a while to arrive but likely this was the courier rather than the seller - maybe give the buyer the tracking number so you don’t get so many queries about delivery? Great communication though, even at evening/weekend. Would buy from you again.

Although due to postage issues item was late. I was kept up to date with progress of tracking it down and instant replies when I reached out.
I was offered a second replacement but waited till first one arrived and item exactly as advertised and fit perfectly.
Very nice business.

The delivery delayed due to their uncontrollable circumstances. However, they kept being quite attentive and offered a terrific support, not to mention the quality of the goods they sell.

Very easy to find the right part needed, communication is great and price is good as well. Highly recommended.

Ordered a wing mirror cover after ours was stolen. Easy to use website and much better value than using the main dealer. Arrived promptly and fit perfectly. Highly recommend.

Good service let down by poor DPD delivery in my area! Bought a wing mirror cover. Good colour match and fits really well. Few issues with delivery but communication with seller very good. After a bit of chasing by them managed to get my order.

It has been 5 weeks and still no order received. No track and trace and a lot of excuses. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend.
