VERY RUDE HUNG PHONE UP BEFORE FINISHED TALKING!!!!

Never sent the part. Never refunded me. Bunch of excuses. assume its a fraud at worst or hopeless at best

Ordered a part 7 months ago and still have not received anything.

Placed an order January. Part wasn't sent. New part comes in February. Unfortunately it was the wrong part. (Despite being advertised as compatible with my car make/year). I arrange a refund and send the part. To this day I still have not received a refund despite multiple emails back and forth.

1st wing mirror got lost in the post so a new one was sent and received really quickly. Thank you ever so much for great customer service.

Excellent product, colour matched perfectly and arrived quickly.

I ordered a mirror cap for my Mazda and paid extra for fast delivery. After several days I contacted them to try and get a delivery date and who would the delivery company be, the reply was to wait, contacted again and told he had trouble with delivery company. I have now cancelled the order and got a refund through PayPal. Total waste of space.

The part I wanted came within two weeks and saved me paying a lot more if my garage had got the part for me. Well packaged and delivered by DPD. Car looks as good as new now! Cheers Andy’s Autoparts!

Resolved delivery issue effectively and communicated well.

No response to any of my email correspondence after sending 4 msgs, telephone number on the website is disconnected so useless. Terrible customer service in general.

I ordered wing mirror cap and it finally arrived two weeks later after several emails. But the cap looks great and it fits my car very well. I would recommended Andys Autoparts.

I ordered a Left wingmirror and payed extra for 1-3 day delivery, it then took 2 weeks to arrive I emailed them multiple times during those two weeks to have no response at all. I tried calling and got no response either when the part finally arrive it wasn’t even the right fit for my car, the shell of the wing mirror was also broken and when I emailed them they finally responded but to only ask the year of my car I’m now been waiting almost a week and still no response. I’ve never had such a bad experience when ordering a car part don’t use this company go somewhere else for your parts.

I had my doubts after a set of covers didn't show , after a few emails ,I had them sent by courier and arrived next day . Would buy again.

Brilliant outfit. Determining exactly what you want can be a minefield with some companies but these make it so much easier with the website and phone call help. Delivered exactly what I wanted and quickly too.

I was skeptical about ordering due to some negative reviews around delivery. When replying to their email querying why I had left the items in my basket and not purchased, I explained I was skeptical. They were more than happy to help and confirm the wing mirror covers were the correct ones for my car using photos and codes - exchanged multiple emails within about 2 hours (on a Sunday evening). As it's the only place I could find the casings, I decided to give it a go - I'm glad I did.

They arrived 2 weeks after ordering, but having not paid delivery I don't think this can really be a negative point. The only tracking information I received was a couple of emails from Evri (not stating where /who the parcel was coming from).

As for the casings, they matched my car perfectly, were the correct ones so fitting was easy, costing about 30% less than what I was quoted to spray the casings that I had on. They came well packaged covered in fragile tape.

I would recommend Andys - Autoparts!

Order now received after many emails. There are many issues with this company. They want excellent reviews for really poor service. They need to take a long look at how they treat customers, poor communication, poor email correspondence to keep customers updated on order progress. Using personal issues as an excuse for poor service. He did resolve eventually but I’m not sure that I’ll be recommending to friends and family.

I am currently trying to contact company to find out what is happening with my order. I have sent 2 emails with no response to either. Telephone number doesn’t work. I’m hoping that this will encourage a response from the company. So far I have had poor service. I would like nothing more than to change the review but currently wouldn’t recommend
