queued for 10 minutes despite there being two members of staff behind the counter stood doing nothing, then was told i couldn’t purchase because of their card minimum and “other shops have it higher” and then was told ”sue me” by the man behind the counter. will be purchasing from online retailers from now on as no customer service is better than the service i experienced

I went to Andy’s Hair Hut having no knowledge of hair pieces with a wedding to attend. The woman on the stall was very unhelpful, I felt rushed into the purchase. I got home but the ponytail was nothing like I explained I was looking for, I immediately sent and email to the owner who basically said tough luck and refused to give me a refund without it being worn or label removed. Good customer service should still stand when a customer is unhappy.

My daughter and I visited Andy's hair hut, in the hope of finding some extensions to match my daughters hair colour. We were greeted by Ebere, who was extremely friendly and helpful. She displayed great professionalism, alongside a wealth of knowledge. She showed a true interest in what my daughter needed and was looking for, and she found the perfect extensions to suit her. Ebere also gave us a lot of advice on how to care for the extensions and some tips on how to care for our own hair in general.
I intend to buy some extensions for myself, and after this great experience, I will definitely be going to Andy's hair hut.

Absolutely fantastic service, truly deserving of a five star review. I made my order at around 2pm yesterday and as promised my extensions were delivered this morning. I even received a business card with a little thank you note. How refreshing to see a company that values its customers. I will definitely recommend Andy's Hair Hut to my friends and family for all their hair and beauty needs.
