We’re very sorry to read this review, as this is the first we have heard of any issue with your order.

All of our Beauty Works hair is supplied to us brand new and directly from Beauty Works, so we are not aware of any “old packaging” or reason to believe that the hair you received would be old stock.

We would have really appreciated the opportunity to investigate this for you before a one-star review was left, as we take any concerns regarding our products very seriously. Had you contacted us directly with photographs of the packaging and hair, we would have been more than happy to look into this immediately.

As we have not been contacted or provided with any evidence of the issue described, we feel that a one-star review based on an assumption that the hair is old is unfair and unjustified.

We will be requesting further information and supporting photographs through Trustpilot so that we can properly investigate this with Beauty Works.

We have replied to your email twice now with full details on how to return the hair, and also confirmed that we’re happy to either refund or exchange once it’s received back.

We’re therefore a little unsure why this review has been left, as we are currently just waiting for the item you ordered incorrectly to be returned so we can process this for you.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with your order. We did upgrade your hair to a length that is 2 inches longer (22”) than what you ordered (20”), free of charge, as the original length went out of stock. The hair can easily be trimmed to your desired length if needed.

However, if you’re not happy with the upgrade, you are always welcome to return the hair to us. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team so we can help resolve this for you.
