Anna Lou of London レビュー

Dreadful company - AVOID. Poor quality goods and awful customer service. Very disappointed and bracelet not worth £10 never mind £280

Ordered a personalised name bracelet in white gold and it is absolutely beautiful! Super fast delivery too!

Stay away, absolute scam. I ordered a bracelet and after a month it never arrived. Emailed and no answer. Finally got Anna on the phone and she fed me a load of lies. I had to try and go through my bank to try and get refunded and only then did she refund me. The ridiculous part is that she didn’t refund me the 15 pounds that I payed for shipping for an item that I never received! Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Save yourself the headache and stay away!

Thank you so much !
I ordered the calendar necklace as a gift for a friend, it came within 10 days personalised and the packaging is fab !

Avoid. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago & have still not received my necklace. Even more concerning is that customer service is dire-I have sent 3 emails which they have chosen to completely ignore.

Orders the Korinna choker. Took 2 weeks and 2 emails to receive it. I was so excited…..oh boy was I disappointed. Paid £50 for a piece of wire with some gold coloured beads on it!! The beads at each end of the wire are scratchy as not finished off properly!! Absolute junk! 50 quid for that!! So cheap and nasty!

Received my necklace today and it is dainty and beautiful! Anna is such a lovely and kind soul and so so helpful! Can’t wait to buy again in the future!

Still waiting on refund. Have sent the necklace back with confirmation of its arrival. Please send the refund, Anna.

I have ordered several of Anna Lou's gorgeous name necklaces for friends, and for me! They are really nicely made, and the gold plated version has lasted a long time, despite me wearing it constantly.

Horrible customer service.
Still didn’t get my order after 2+ months of waiting, and no answers from Anna Lou even though I sent a couple of emails to get updates of my delivery.

I couldn’t be more delighted with my heart necklace. The necklace is so gorgeous, sturdy and beautifully crafted, and it means so much to have been given this special gift from my family for my 50th borthday. The packaging was so beautiful as well. Thank you for everything!

I Absolutely Love Anna Lou of London ,I first discovered her in a boutique near me, now I can also shop online, I am so pleased with my amazing necklace so well made.

My mum bought me a rose gold plated name necklace which after time started to wear slightly round the edges so i purchased myself one in sterling silver with the box chain. I had a problem where the clip came off the chain and this was resolved promptly and at no cost, with them repairing and returning the necklace. i have since bought the same necklace as an extremely well received gift. I never take mine off and neither do they

I had ordered a solid gold name necklace for my niece’s 21st birthday. I was concerned that its arrival might be a little late as it was being hand made. I contacted Anna Lou who was fantastic and I don’t know how she did it but the necklace arrived on time. It was so beautifully made and the clasp had a lovely crown attached which was a lovely feature. Thank you so much and my niece was absolutely delighted with her gift.

I couldn’t be more delighted with my name necklace. I asked for the word Abhoca, the town in Ireland where my husband proposed. The necklace is so gorgeous and beautifully crafted, and it means so much to have this special momento of our place. I opted for the express 5 day production and delivery and the necklace arrived in under 4 days. The packaging was so beautiful as well. Thank you for everything!

Amazing pearl necklace! I love how the necklaces can be personalised and they make such great unique gifts!

I love this brand, I've been buying from Anna for years and love the level of professionalism.
I wear my special necklaces everyday.

I have ordered a number of items from Anna Lou of London for myself and as gifts. The jewellery is amazing and I have always found the customer service to be excellent. My most recent purchase was a name necklace for my daughter. The chain I ordered was slightly too long, but Anna was more than happy to shorten it and the item was returned within a week. My daughter is thrilled with it. Highly recommended! Thank you xx

Love my personalised necklace, it goes with everything. It’s great quality and they have a lovely customer service team.

I absolutely love Anna's jewellery. I've gotten 5 plus pieces for myself and also numerous for friends and my mum.

The pieces are beautiful and always perfect. I love that these are made to order too as it's more sustainable.

On a number of occasions I've had a personalised call with Anna herself where I've told her what I'm looking for and she helps you to find a piece from her collection. She offers this service to all customers.
