I couldn’t be happier with my A2 helmet. It looks fantastic! I’ll admit, I thought it looked better on everyone else at first, but once I got used to the design, I absolutely loved the look (lol). More importantly, once I got used to the fit, it’s surprisingly comfortable. The first few minutes felt a little different because of the design, but after that I honestly forget I’m even wearing it.
What really sets Anti-Ordinary apart is their customer service. Rob went above and beyond to make sure I had the right fit. When they offered their end-of-season outer shell promotion, he personally suggested I try the larger outer shell, and it turned out to be the perfect fit. That level of support is exceptional and shows they genuinely care about their customers.
Great product, outstanding customer service, and a company that truly stands behind what they sell. I highly recommend Anti-Ordinary!

I’ve been snowboarding for over 10 years. The A2 is the most comfortable helmet I’ve ever used. At times I forget I have it on. I was on the fence until I saw the independent safety review by Virginia Tech. After a season of use, I’m super happy with it.

One of the most comfortable helmets I have ever worn, better yet it’s fairly low volume compared to traditional helmets which is nice in the trees, and the confidence one gets from the safety ratings is really quite great! The ability to change colours and looks in seconds is awesome too!

As soon as I tried it on I knew it was better than my other helmet. Way more comfortable and secure

Think: teenager, escooter, not wearing a helmet..... Go check out Anti Ordinary A2 helmet! Style: accepted by my 15 year old son, now cruising the Berlin streets wearing this funky helmet. Certainly saving my peace of mind.... Also fab on the ski slopes!! 😉

As an "old" ski aficionado, I have skied for the last 55 years without any head protection, but I was lucky.
Four years ago, my snowboarding son advised me to start wearing the A2 to protect my head. Two years ago, it saved me from a serious headache after colliding with a side net.
I can only say I love this beany! You forget very fast that you're wearing it. And the colors available...

I love the look of the helmet and is not super uncomfortable to wear I wish I could’ve got the volcom collab but apparently it was out of stock after two or so weeks of not receiving it all in all will get another

My son and I have been riding Anti Ordinary for two seasons. As a Sports Medicine Specialist who has developed concussion programs for professional motorcycle racing, I fully support this technology.
This past winter I “tested” the helmet while snowboarding. A strong impact to the head resulting in a fractured clavicle.
I reached out to customer service and they walked me through how to check the helmet out and see if it needed replacement.
Great crew, great product.

I live at Mount Washington on Vancouver Island, BC Canada. I learned about AO last year and was impressed with the revolutionary design. Almost bought one before the start of the season, but it was pricey so I didn’t purchase.
Then just after Christmas I was skiing with family and hit a patch of sticky machine made snow… I ejected from my skis, Superman-style, and landed on my face. One black eye, mild concussion and dented hard helmet later I ordered my A2. I wonder if I would have had a concussion if I had bought the A2 in the first place?
Anyway, the fit is great, warm and comfortable - although longer ear coverage on the large helmet would be helpful.
Interesting side story - I was on a chairlift at Silverstar and an Ozzy on a lift up the mountain said “Hey, are you Antioradinary?”. Took me a second to click as to what he meant…. Then I said “Hell yeah!”, told him my crash story, showed him the helmet and encouraged him to get one. He was impressed with it and I assume he is a convert now too.

Really great product, very comfortable and wearable. Didn't have a big crash to test it's safety but without that I never felt like I was wearing it or that it was uncomfortable which is the Ideal scenario.
Good communication from the company also.

Two seasons with my helmet, over 200 days... I love it. Comfortable and excellent shock absorption. If I put on a "traditional" helmet, I feel like there's room everywhere. I recommend it.

Great company, super light weight helmets, you forgot you have these on your head, really easy website to use, i never worn a helmet before i came across this company, now i always wear my helmet

Well firstly, Rob and the team at Antiordinary have offered me some of the best customer service I have ever experienced with any company. They have always gone above and beyond what I would have expected, responding to questions about sizing, questions about the shipping, feedback emails to and from, normally with Rob directly (top bloke).

On to the A2. I've had mine for 3 trips now and am more than impressed. Very comfortable, easy to get on and off using the magnetic chin strap and the very fact that you can change up your colour is a bonus too, even when it comes to washing after a sweaty week in the mountains. I also truly believe that I am much much safer on the mountains wearing an A2 compared to other helmets.

There are a couple of minor niggles - As there is no ear coverage I learnt very quickly (wind/sun burn) to wear a thin buff underneath which covers my ears. The other is the small hook/loop dots that keep the outer from moving around are a little prone to detaching when changing covers over. They do reattach and I've not lost one yet. These are not big deals but maybe room for small improvements. I've had my A2 for a few years now so knowing Rob and the team, they may have address this already.

When I first saw the idea around the Antiordinary helmets, I believed in the concept and invested early for the first batch of the helmet without hesitation. Several years and dozens of snow trips later, I stand by my decision.
The A2 is a great helmet, looks unique and has been keeping my head safe through many crazy things.
It's comfy, warm and highly adjustable.
Not ideal for very warm days, but I survive :)
The communication with the company, is very good. Feels like a group of friends creating cool things for us, rather than a corporation selling us a product.

Honestly the best helmet out there. Comfortable with style and very safe. Also the company has great customer support and fast response.

Have been using Antiordinary helmet for a season and a half now, it’s a very comfortable helmet, it fits snuggly, yet feels lightweight. I did take a fall with the helmet and no concussion! Overall, highly recommended ❤️❤️

Had my A2 for a couple of years now and I love it. Great to see Rob thinking outside of the square to reinvent ski helmets. Can't wait to see what the future holds. Don't hesitate...buy an A2 now

Used my AntiOrdinary helmet all winter and ended up loving it way more than I expected. Super comfortable even on long days, stayed warm without overheating, and the ventilation worked really well when conditions changed. Fit felt secure without pressure points and it paired great with goggles. Build quality feels premium and it held up to being tossed in the car and regular mountain use without looking beat up.

One of those pieces of gear you stop thinking about once you put it on—which is exactly what I want from a helmet. Definitely planning to keep using it next season too.

Lovely helmet to wear. In Italy my friends thought I was not wearing a helmet. Compulsory now. Explained it was helmet and tapped my head. Comfortable to wear. Love the colours of beanie and you can change as you like. Also the safety features. Only have one brain. Need to look after it. Great product ❤️❤️🌈🌈
