A1 Home Improvements: Exceptional Quality and Service

​I found A1 Home Improvements on Checkatrade and included them in my search for a new front and back door. The experience, particularly with representative James, was outstanding from the start.

​James was extremely professional and refreshingly non-pushy, a stark contrast to other companies I've dealt with. He advised me to first review the Endurance Door website, and after looking at the glowing customer reviews for Endurance Doors on Trustpilot, I understood why. The doors this company supplies are far superior to those offered by other local competitors.

​James provided a comprehensive quote for both doors, giving me ample time to consider my options. Ultimately, the positive reviews for the Endurance product confirmed my decision: I wanted an Endurance door without question.
​Shortly after his visit, I contacted James to proceed only with the front door installation, as kitchen unit removal was required before the back door could be fitted.

​The installation team arrived on a day of heavy rain. They immediately identified that my old, three-year-old composite door was not fitted squarely and effectively "fell out" when they removed it.

​The fitters were highly professional, and they meticulously cleaned the work area. My new door looks absolutely fantastic—bright, sturdy, and fitted proudly. I only wish I had found A1 Home Improvements sooner when I bought my previous door, as I'm certain this one will last many years.

​I have zero regrets about choosing James and A1 Home Improvements, and I plan to proceed with the back door now that my kitchen has been removed.
