They have really slipped with regards to shipping your glasses within the time frame. I also notice they manipulate certain lens add ons. Example depends on the frame or lens or both. Some will offer genX transitions and some do not. They will not answer the phone within the time frame on the website. This is a red light. Avoiding customers is a sign of problems.

Pessimi!Sono cinesate di plastica. Mi é arrivato un paio rotto e non vogliono nemmeno rimborsare! Non é vero che si puó fare il reso entro 30 gg come scrivono. Sono dei truffatori e non rispondono piu se avete un problema

Die Brille ist einfach der Hammer. Habe die Comic-Brille gekauft. War skeptisch ob das wohl was ist. Aber sie sieht richtig gut aus 🥰

I ordered some frames from this website but changed my mind a few hours later, so I emailed them requesting to cancel my order. Per the return policy on their website, customer's have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. I cancelled about 18 hours later. I get a response from Aoolia stating that they will not give me a full refund because I didn't cancel within six hours. I replied with a screenshot of their return policy on their website and quoting that the six hour rule was for when customer's went *past* the 24 hour mark. (So before 24 hours you get a full refund. After 24 hours up until hour 30 (6 hours later) they charge a 30% restocking fee. Then customer's get less of a refund, if any at all, as *more* time progresses). After I quoted their own return policy to them, they stopped responding to my emails and charged my card anyway. I would never recommend using this company.

Assuming they don't change their convoluted return policy; you can check on their website on the returns web page Under "Order Modification/Cancellation" it clearly states to refer to the six hour chart *after* 24 hours have passed.

Rücksendungen werden unmöglich gemacht auch nach langem Mailverkehr.
Eine minimale Entschädigung wird angeboten, wenn man den "Schrott" behält.
Teures Lehrgeld gezahlt.

Leider sehr problematisch. Ich habe 4 Brillen bestellt, jedoch passt keine, mir wird schwindelig wenn ich diese trage. Jetzt möchte ich diese zurücksenden und die Händler spielen Ping Pong. zuerst meinten Sie, sie schreiben nur die Fassung gut ohne Gläser, dann wollten Sie meine Dioptrien haben, habe ich geschickt, jetzt wollen Sie, dass ich zum Optiker mit der Brille gehe und diese Prüfen lasse. Ich möchte von dort nichts mehr bestellen und haben. Ich möchte die Brillen zurückschicken und mein ganzen Geld retour auf mein Konto haben.

Sehr lange Bearbeitungszeit, Kommunikation mit der Kundenbetreuung bringt nichts! Die Reaktion kommt erst wenn man über Paypal schreibt! Es wurde mir mitgeteilt, wenn ich den Fall beim Paypal nicht abschließe, bekomme ich keine Ware ! Nie wieder!!!!!!
