The coop I bought kept spliting. The screws on the door would not even hold and the door broke off. Very disappointed in the quality. Customer service said they would reimburse half the cost but did not do that in the end

Average experience with the product and messy long delivery
Delivery was totally messed up and seller either should pick up right courier or have control and information. My package after multiple calls to goto were delivered at 2AM. Driver called me on a phone at 2AM saying he has my package…. The quality of product also very average, for this price even on TikTok you can find better

I received my item and i called a few…
I received my item and i called a few days later about one of the doors not fitting i spoke to customer service requesting a replacement part before i send it back, i sent in pic and its been a week and half and i haven't gotten a response and time is dwindling down on my return window

The design to keep the top in place
The design to keep the top in place, the silver balls that pop in holes to anchor it. Two of mine were down inside the leg, my son had to put screws to keep in place. No free return shipping either. Will definitely only buy at Amazon from here on out. Made very cheap. This is my 3 rd one over the years and never saw this design for putting top in place, buy the ones where you have a push up in middle of to anchor top support.

It was all there no missing pieces
It was all there no missing pieces. It went together well and looked great when done. Very happy with it. It does take 2 people and 10 + hours, but worth it.
