5 star service ,very helpful,fast replies,went above and beyond for me today,had trouble uploading photos for verification for airbnb.they were amazing.all sorted by email.plus phone calls,thank you lovely ladies.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

We loved it, it was clean and tidy. Handy to transport, both train and bus. It felt safe and had everything we required, even a laundry, we stayed for 8 nights

I have kindly been asking for a fair refund. I am in quarantine 4 weeks in Spain with flights cancelled. A booked room for 3 nights in Stockholm at Apart Direct Älvsjö but both booking.com and Apart Direct dont care, you both said contact the other. Shame on you! I will fight for getting my money back. Shame on you

jag vart utsatt för stöld på hammarby fabriksväg 93 och det dom gör är helt oaseptabelt ljuger till försäkrings bolag ljuger för mig när jag pratar med dom i telefon hittar på saker som inte stämmer vägrade att ta fram övervaknings bilder och när jag ringer och frågar varför så svarar dom jag vet inte varför så mitt omdöme är boka något annat det här bolaget är inte seriöst

inden 24 timer opdager jeg min rejse er i en helligdags periode (påsken ) Jeg skriver em mail til udlejeren, om jeg kan ændre min dato for afrejse grundet det er i en ferie periode, kan de ikke tilbyde det,ville jeg afbestille min booking .
jeg får først svar efter to døgn ,om dette ikke er muligt og selv om der er over 25 dage til afrejse vil de tage 50 % af min betaling på 2500 kr
Jeg skal aldrig bruge dette udlejningsfirma igen

We stayed at the ApartDirect Hammarby Sjöstad II.We have enjoyed staying in this appartment very much. It was clean,had great view from the terrace and a very nice neighbourhood.I will recommend it to everybody travelling to Stockholm for holidays.

Nice, well located apartment.
The family suit sold out during our booking, but after contact with the hotel, we could get a Queen Studio with two extra beds.

I will recommend Apart Direct to everybody travelling to Stockholm for leisure or professional reasons. Located in a great area, and staff always available to help.

I have speak with friends and say this condo in Stockholm was very fine, so my frends will take contact with me, when next time they go to Stockholm and give your adress. This is the best place have lived in Stocholm. And a very good view. But it was one bad thing, smell from the bathroom, i hope this is better bext time, because i want to stay there nex time i visit Stockholm

A comfotable place to stay when you travel in the city.

We spent 3 nights in Stockholm. The apartment was nice, but the air conditioner was fixed to a low temperature. We tried to switch the engine off, but we couldn't. We contacted the person in charge but no way to have a solution. Very disappointing.

Booking of the apartement was o.k. and went well by smartphone, no problem. Information about the booking details were o.k. too, but arrival on Sunday was the trap where I got lost with our car on the road parking in front of the apartement. It is prohibited on monday from 0:00 on and this is not possible to recognise that clear as it should, it is really cryptic, which means, when I wanted to pay the parking fee at 9:00 a.m., I found a parking ticket on my windsreen and was fined by 690 SKr. !! If there would have been a Reception this probably could have been avoided. An internally phone in the apartements to a Helpdesk of ApartDirect could avoid this probably, as without a stranger generally gets the connection to the helping phone numbre not that easy and expensive for non-swedish customers.
The showers in our apartement wets the whole floor of the bathroom then there is no dry place to towel oneself off and the lovely foot-towel is completely wet before the towelling.
Climatisation during these hot summer days was fantastic but should be adjustable.

This is really a place I`d reccommend for anybody! It`s new, clean, in a beautyful place, good neighbourhood. Bus and tram stations are near, you can go to the city even by boat! There are 2 supermarkets very close.
There is a balcony in apartment with beautyful view. You have fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom on second floor, even washing machine.
This is our choice nr.1 when we stay in Stockholm!

Prachtig appartement, zeer ruim. Mooi ruim dakterras met mooi uitzicht. Bedden zijn goed. Gezellige nette inrichting, wasmachine is heel handig. Wijk Hammerby is vrij nieuw en heel gezellig met restaurantjes, winkeltjes, water en bootjes. Supermarkt en bakker zijn dichtbij.

We stayed in Stockholm. Apartment overlooked sea and was on the edge of the old town. Great view as top floor. Everything you need in apartment and very efficient service from company

We give this a high rating. We rented the apartment for a week stay in Stockholm, initially renting the apartment for three days and extending our stay for the rest of the week after finding the place met our needs comfortably and economically. It offered opportunity to cook in and the location and comfortable and clean apartment made this enhanced our holiday in Stockholm. We rented bicycles for the week and found the location great for getting to other parts of Stockholm area via bike pathways and ferry connections using the week transit pass.

When we arrived we were impressed by the beautiful building and facilities right in the centre of town. Then in the evening when we got back we put on the light and a fuse blew, putting the apartment in darkness.
After one phonecall the problem was solved and we were upgraded to an even more beautiful apartment in the same building.
Great service, great place. And a very lively city
