Tous les membres d'équipages et d'expédition étaient très serviables, sympathiques et efficaces. Notre chambre nous a bien convenu, les sorties du bateau, les conférences étaient très intéressantes.
La grandeur du bateau très agréable.
Nous avons très bien mangé, le mélange entre buffets et repas servi à table bien agréable, bref voyage entièrement réussi.

This was beyond my expectations
This was beyond my expectations. All the guides were so knowledgable and informative. The lectures were first class. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. The Captain and crew were friendly .

Incredible Svalbard expedition cruise
The expedition crew was very knowledgeable and fun to be with on ship and on expeditions. We loved the way they recorded the voyage in video, photographs and words, from which a 'voyage memory video', a video and photograph archive and logbook was created. The ship was very modern, nice and comfortable. The crew onboard was kind and hard working, and appeared happy which is a deserved compliment to the crew itself, to the captain and his officers and to their employer Polar Latitudes. We enjoyed every day, the lectures, the expeditions, the beautiful nature, conversations with other passengers and crew. I would highly recommend Polar Latitudes for an expedition cruise to Svalbard with this ship.

The tour in the Arctic Sea with Polar
The tour in the Arctic Sea with Polar Latitudes Expeditions was a fantastic experience. The ship is very comfortable and the crew is amazing. The time inside was better and more pleasant than any 5-stars hotel that I stayed in before. The tours of the Fjords with the Zodiak boats was educational and exciting. The crew that escorted us un the Zodiak boats was professional, friendly and most knowledgeable. We heard exciting lectures while on the ship on nature, animals and people living in the area. I highly recommend the company for your next tour in in the north or south of the world

5star - Svalbard Circumnavigation family trip
We did the Svalbard Circumnavigation as a family with 4 adults and enjoyed every moment of the trip. Especially the guides and the restaurant staff were so kind, frankly and attentive. The input we got during the daily recaps to the different topics were so interesting for each of us.

The staff were exceptional, both Hotle & Expedition Teams.
Cabins were immaculate, as were all the public areas.
The Expedition Team were incredible knowledgeable and always made you feel totally safe.

Enchanting Arctic expedition
We took a 10 day expedition of Arctic - Circumnavigating Svalbard onboard Ocean Albatros. It is a new looking modern ship, very comfortable and spacious rooms, cleanly maintained facilites, very knowledgeable and friendly expedition team. Mario - our expedition leader was super friendly and very inspiring. The team made some good decisions during inclement weather and managed to get us all good views and sightings of polar animals. Housekeeping is good. Food menu and quality can be better - we were vegetarians, so we had limited options and often repeated menu. Wifi can be better.

Bevorzugte Tische im Restaurant werden wohl gegen Bakschich vergeben. Exkursionen gut,flexibel und straff organisiert. Guides dabei sehr hilfsbereit und eingespielt. Sicherheit hat Priorität. Empfohlene Wanderschuhe werden nicht gebraucht. Stöcke werden gestellt. Wasserdichte , ungefütterte Jacke wird gestellt. Kajakexkursion zu teuer. Vorträge überwiegend gut und nicht zu akademisch.

Besonders schoen ist es zu lesen, dass Sie die Crew und Guides als freundlich, hilfsbereit und sicherheitsbewusst wahrgenommen haben.
Genauso wertvoll sind Ihre kritischen Hinweise. Dass Sie die Verpflegung als wenig kreativ und abwechslungsreich empfunden haben und der Eindruck bei der Tischvergabe im Restaurant entstand, nehmen wir sehr ernst. Auch Ihre Anmerkung zum Preis der Kajakexkursion ist nachvollziehbar, und wir schaetzen es, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Eindruecke so offen zu teilen.

A true expedition cruise
A true expedition cruise circumnavigating Svalbard, with 2 zodiac excursions almost every day. Excellent job finding wildlife and adjusting the itinerary based on weather conditions, including a day in the polar pack ice (this was in early July). Staterooms lovely and food excellent; good job accommodating allergies and dietary restrictions. This was our 2nd time with Polar Latitudes; South Georgia–Antarctica was even better.
