Apex Security レビュー 

Having received a couple of quotes I met Andy from Apex Security (Home Security Company) based in Gt Ancoats Street Manchester. At first I thought he was really professional and although the quote wasn’t the cheapest I went with him as he seemed reliable. I asked them to fit 7 cameras with 24hr recording. Andy attended numerous times and dates to install the cameras which was really inconvenient after originally giving me a specific date to install. To finish the installation I personally went to Argos on his behalf as he said he didn’t have time to call into his shop to collect the final camera. After installation one of the cameras had a poor display so he reduced the installation by £50, I would have rather had the camera working but he couldn’t get it to operate correctly even after cutting the wires numerous times affecting the cord length into the apartments. So I took from this he wasn’t a professional even though the website etc has numerous positive reviews. Andy said he would be back to replace another camera as it was a temporary measure until he could get back with the one I ordered. To date there’s been no contact, the website link is now not working and he’s not replying to calls & texts apart from telling me he’s got a big job in Heathrow airport and would be away for a few weeks which was at the beginning of March. So my advice would be to avoid this company if you want a professional set up, a couple of the cameras have also started to become distorted.
