I recently had some appointments with Aminah and she was amazing! My knee was feeling better within a couple weeks after starting the exercises. She was very helpful and super friendly. I highly recommend A+ Sports Therapy and would definitely go again!

I’ve been to see Aminah a few times for sports massages to cope with a heavy training volume. She’s been fantastic and it’s really helped raise my training and keeping me well. She is clearly so passionate about physiotherapy and is really keen to understand the patient experience. Would highly recommend

I have been going to A+ sports for a couple of years now and the treatment and service is always excellent.
I more recently went with a trapped nerve in my back and was treated by Will. He immediately knew how to treat the issue and located where the nerve was trapped. His knowledge and expertise is fantastic and he always makes me feel at ease and explains my injuries. He has also supported with rehab work for me for shoulder pain and has provided plans to help this alongside at home stretch plans.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatment!

Been to see Will twice now for sports massages as part of recovery and injury treatment during and after marathon training. The quality of care and information provided is top notch and extremely detailed based on your needs.

I’ve felt tangible relief immediately in problem areas and have been given so much information to address postural issues that have been the impetus for most of the issues I’ve experienced, so given how reasonable the prices are and how good the team is, I’ll happily be back regularly to keep me in top condition.

I opted to havea dry cupping treatment (as I never had one before) with Aithne and it was incredibly therapeutic. I could feel the tension leaving my body as it was taking place and for a couple of weeks after the treatment I was incredibly relaxed. I’d say give it a try even if you may not be quite sure what it is

Practitioners are good hands on. I’ve attended sports massage in the past and it’s certainly good quality here. My main practitioner Will Mac is excellent at assessing, treating and giving exercises for improvement of various sporting injuries. I say this as a doctor myself with a background of playing rugby/ running. Katie Eatock is also good hands on and both provide good sports massage and exercises to do to improve the issues.

I came to them with All sorts of problems following an ankle sprain and opposing knee operation and they have worked wonders on getting me back playing sport properly. I am very impressed.

I went to A+ off the back of a recommendation to see Will. I had a vague idea of what my problems could be but had never found anyone able to relieve pain or recommend suitable exercises. It was immediately clear that Will was really knowledgeable. He was able to find and explain the sources of my pain exactly and really clearly. He was also very reassuring and positive that they were all fixable which made me leave feeling great. Will was very professional and reassuring throughout.

I’ve tried all sorts of alternative therapy with the nhs not treating me well and my issues being extensive and life altering and seeing Will has helped massively. Even beyond the sessions Will makes time to help and I would be lost without him. Aithne as well is very good at what she does and worth seeing for the cupping and you can tell she’s been taught well. Can safely say I’d recommend everyone who works here to anyone who thinks they need the physical therapy.

Quite simply brilliant .Having worked as a doctor for over 30 years I was so happy to finally find a local professional who is excellent at their job .Will has a deep knowledge of biomechanics ,did a full postural assessment from the start and pinpointed issues that I had not realised where adding to my upper back and neck issues .I went away after one treatment with almost full neck rotation after struggling for weeks to rotate past 15 degrees and with an exercise plan to gradually rectify the underlying long term issue .I especially like the fact that Will works with you and empowers his clients to make long term changes themselves with full rectification exercise plans

I came in regarding shin splints. Will is very knowledgeable and provided an exceptional service and offered plenty of information and exercises to rectify the problem alongside providing a fantastic deep tissue sports massage on my calves.

Absolutely amazing service and excellent staff! Will assessed my son as hes been having difficulty with his feet. Will was fantastic with my son, made us all feel at ease, explained everything in detail and was very thorough during his assesment and after care. We recieved a report with everything explained in detail and the rehab needed for my son.

I have been having back issues for quite some time. Probably due to desk working and poor posture. I have had chiropractic treatment during February, which brought some relief. However I felt I needed more. After reading the reviews, I thought I would give A Plus a try. I am so glad I did. My therapist, Will made me feel at home, and really listened to what my 'complaint'. He did not rush in to anything, but gave my posture and back an examination. He pointed out a fews issues that he could see, but more importantly he took photos to show me the 'evidence'. He was spot on. After a warm up massage (which I never received from my chiropractor) he went on to provide manipulations. He also gave my back a wonderful stretch. I felt amazing afterwards. Will didn't rush me off either. He gave me some tips and even followed this up my emailing me support information and videos of some exercises further improve my posture. Absolutely no hard sell to return,but return I will. It was amazing. Thanks Will.

Great experience, very knowledgeable and initial assessment seemed spot on. Some manipulation helped instantly and as promised exercises were forwarded for my "homework".

I booked an appointment to help out with a calf injury, and the sports massage helped it out drastically! Will and the team know their stuff and offered me an array of stretches and massages to help minimise the injury reoccurring. I would highly recommend!
