Being having problems with my back and my shoulders so I was looking for A Sports therapist to help me .i while searching on internet a came across a + sports therapy. so I book appointment with them. Will the sports therapist put at ease straight away he diagnosed the problems and offer a course exercises to solve them . I would definitely Recommend them to my Family and friends

Having had sports therapy from a variety of practitioners over the past 5-10 years, I can easily say that Will and the team at A+ are by far the best at finding and fixing all problems.

As an athlete, recovery is key and the team always manages to assess my current issues and explain why they have been caused and what needs to be done to stop this happening in the future.

Having personally recommended A+ to my friends, everyone has had a great experience!

I have used Will a number of times to help with various issues such as muscle knots and strains. Always resolved and I have been given useful stretching exercises as well. Also, very good value for money.

Following a recommendation, I have just started using A+ Sports Therapy for sports massages and work on my shoulder. The service offered has been very professional and their knowledge and support is exceptional. I will be recommending to friends and family.

I can not rate these guys enough. I've had arch pain in my foot for around 4 years. I've seen therapists on the NHS and through work and it has never resolved. I had to give up running and about 2 years ago and I started having back issues. I believe the problems were connected.
Ive had an appointment with both therapist's at A+ Francesca and Will and I'm never going anywhere else again. These guys know what they are doing. These guys don't just give you exercises they get hands on a give you proper treatments. I actually come away feeling different and pain free its incredible. The treatment is also having a positive impact my mental health too, which has taken a toll as a result of the chronic pain and trouble I had exercising. Ive learnt I have a hip imbalance and collapsed foot arch. They are using a variety of techniques including soft tissue work and a specialised rehabilitation program to help rebuild me. I cannot recommend a more fantastic place than A+ Sports Therapy. I've been suffering from constant daily pain for so long and ignore my injuries to the point I've felt very unwell with it at times. After paying a visit to A+ Sports Therapy I walked away a new woman!!! Such lovely and friendly staffFinally found my go to place 😁

It was an amazing experience ad so much pain in my should for a 3 months and after a 1 hour session the pain was gone and they also gave a guide to prevent any future injuries

I have been to many sport therapists over the years, and found A+ Sport Therapy to be the best. Thorough examination and the treatment wasn’t too intense but extremely effective. I have had problems for years with my neck and shoulder and after one session with Will I felt miles better. Looking forward to the next session!

I have been coming to A+ for a while now with both long term and sports related injuries. I am 100% happy with the treatments I have had and it is clear that the knowledge and experience of the therapists is top notch. For 10 years I had what the doctors called ‘mechanical back pain’ that they said I’d just have to deal with. I came to A+, they had a look and it turns out it was my hips not my back - I am now pain free. I come back regularly with sports related injuries and I highly recommend the clinic for anyone suffering with chronic problems or short term injuries. Thank you guys!
